Item arrived with No power cable and No Faceplate.Will likely have to return which will mean down time for phones.

The product is very good but the AC power adapter 5v DC missing the not foud in the box

Note, this is not normal landline phone. This is IP phone and i configured using my own router and airtel voip profiles. Its working fine.
