Needs some modification for improving comfort
I got this and wore it for just a few minutes and realized its going to be a problem. The headset was just too tight. But luckily the top band is metal so I stretched out the headset to loosen it up and not be so tight and pinching my head. That helped alleviate the tightness and stop my headache… thankfully. Otherwise this head set is just too tight and my head is on the smaller side. But other than that I think the sound cancellation works well, sometimes im in a meeting and running my espresso machine and other listeners can’t hear it running. I dont think I can run the steam wand though that is pretty loud but who knows, maybe its silenced too, haven’t tried. Love the ability to hit the mute whenever I need from the mic boom, and it tells you its muted so you have confirmation. Love it. The sound quality is just meh, I expect pretty good quality from a nearly 200 dollar head set. I got this on prime day for a good deal though. Love the battery life I can make it through a day or two without charging. I also like how when you turn it on it tells you the battery status. One thing I will say is this seems like it needs a long time to connect fully to your computer and if you switch it on and immediately answer a call or jump in a teams meeting it may not connect your voice but its easy to fix you just have to drop out and back in.

Voice quality and Mute function
I am using Plantronics heads set for last 7 years and this is the 3rd one and found others complaining voice quality issues, I am not able to mute and, many times other people cannot hear while I can and have to restart the same several time

It just works great – a no brainer for a busy office
After a really bad experience trying to get a JLabs BT headset to maintain pairing with my mobile phone, I returned it and ordered the Poly Voyager 4320. This thing just works – it paired instantly, sound quality is incredible, really comfortable on my head, and the charging stand is a nice addition to my desk. When the phone rings, I just want to pick it up, put it on my head, answer and get back to business. This one does the job.

Not the best…
I have two Poly headsets already; this was a third buy. The first set died after about a year. I replaced with the same model, but newer version. This set is a different version and advertised the same features, but is far inferior. Sound quality is so-so, but I use these for a call center and it sounds like I’m in a can. No bueno. I also DO NOT like that there is no ANC button on this, as my previous pair has, as when I speak it’s amplified in my ears. My previous paid eliminates that and acts like an actual phone, so it’s more natural sounding. This is being returned – you missed the mark on this set. That makes two headsets of three that do not work as expected. My next order is a different brand altogether – I’m done with HP/Poly products.

Finally picked this up after much research to replace the cheap corded Logitech provided by my employer. I spend my day logged into a teams meeting mostly listening but occasionally using the mic. The sound and comfort is a huge improvement, the mic seems to work fine, and not being tied to my desk has been life-changing. It lasts for my full 9 hour day on a charge easily and was super easy to set up.

I absolutely love this headset, it works great with Teams and the mute button actually works well, compared to other headsets I had bought in the past. Very very lightweight and comfortable to use and have on your head all day without hurting my head/ears. Great battery life too, I’m on calls 4-6h per day and I only charge every 2-3 days. Highly recommend for people with small heads as well, I can’t find easily headsets that aren’t too big for me.
