The phone is asking for an “Admin Password” before I can set it up. It didn’t come with any paperwork or any information about a password. Nothing I have tried yet has worked!

For Nextiva system
We had to buy these specific phones for the new Nextivia phone service and we have had problems getting the phone to ring or texting service to work. Currently patients have been getting a busy signal when trying to make an appointment and re aren’t on the phone at all. Can I get a refund?

The phone was supposed to come to me reset to factory settings. It was not. After several rounds of correspondence with the seller I ended up contacting a local technician. I was able to get the phone unlocked and usable. In my opinion this was only fair support from the seller, but not great. I will say that they did try to help by sending generic reset information. My opinion is to proceed with caution with this vendor.
