Purchases times to use while I was relaxing in my bed watching TV shows. Give me the internet and YouTube videos works wonderfully, the LED screen is very bright. The volume is very loud. It’s good for music. The CPU seems to run very quickly. I would suggest for anybody looking for a good quality. But budget priced tablet ten out of ten

Super slow
My son bought this with his birthday money. Unfortunately, it so slow that it’s extremely frustrating trying to browse the web or play games. Browsing a web page and clicking on items causes the tablet to freeze and takes several minutes for it to catch up. It has decent color and sound but unfortunately can’t do basic functions. Also, the screen scratches very easily. I do not recommend using a stylus.

Support (and the website) disappeared when I needed them…
UPDATE: The support team reached out and requested a couple of recordings of the issue I was having where the device was booting to the splash screen and then going dark again. After recognizing that standard troubleshooting was not resolving the issue, a replacement was issued and shipped free of cost. This still isnât the snappiest of devices but delivers expected base functionality that I required as a QA Android device for my work!I am really hopeful this is just a temporary thing and that tehy’ll be back soon but their website isn’t loading and my device boots but then goes blank. None of the online suggestions reqult in a hard-reset. I get the “Touch 10. Powered by Android go edition.” and then it goes blank again.I know you “get what you paid for” but had hoped it would be useable for testing Google Play Store apps on similarly underpowered devices for a little longer than a couple of months.I will update (including the star rating) when/if their support is able to get me back up and running [finegrs crossed]. I emailed but, as I said, their website isn’t loading. Not a great sign. Oof.

Good for my use case
I bought this tablet as a cheaper alternative to something like a Kindle in order to read e-books without having to sit at my desk or have my phone close to my face. If you like to read a lot of e-books, this could be a cheaper alternative. Since I bought it, there were some things that I found that weren’t great initially, but could be remedied fairly simply.Right out of the box, I noticed that the tablet felt very sluggish. Things were loading very slowly from the beginning. After using for a while, it wasn’t as slow as it was when I first got it out of the box, but I also ended up changing some settings. It also helped to swap off of Chrome.There are also some issues with the range of the wireless on tablet. Where I read isn’t that far from the router, but I’m still not getting that great of a signal. This isn’t much of an issue as there are ways around that, but it’s best to keep that in mind if you use this a ways away from the router.I do like that it has 64 GB of internal storage with the ability to add more. I don’t have a lot of apps downloaded, but it’s always nice to have a good bit of storage just in case.I haven’t seen issues with the battery life straight out of the box. It lasts quite a bit of time but I will update the review if it starts to give me some issues.It’s a decent tablet tablet for the price. I’m not sure how well it will work for other use cases (such as gaming), but it’s somewhat okay for reading.

UPDATE: I just wanted to add that to reset this tablet you need to turn off the tablet and from the off state press and hold the volume down – button left of the power button and the power button until the screen turns on which for me just showed the TOUCH10 screen with no flicker or vibration. As soon as that screen shows release both buttons. No need to hold anything else or you’ll either boot into Safe Mode or normal mode and skip the little bios type reset option screen. Once in the black and orange/white screen use the – volume down button to select wipe data/factory reset and use the power button to select. Use the – volume down button to go to the confirmation and hit the power button to select once again and the tablet will wipe the data and restore itself to the factory setting and user setup. To exit just hit the power button on the main screen that defaults to restart the device and setup the tablet for a new user. It forgot my pin somehow and I had to reset it which is the weirdest thing since it’s our wedding anniversary and I actually had the pin saved in a notepad document on my MBA and it just would not take it after a few weeks of use and effectively locked me out. Hoping it was a fluke but likely a sign of memory issues in the tablet. I took off another star for the headache and inconvenience.The processor in this is an 8 year old 1.3ghz quad core with no boost capabilities 2gb of ram and 64gb internal storage. It was in the bottom 0% for the 3DMark Sling Shot regular benchmark test so the expectations on what this can do should remain very low.Most of the games I play on my phone come up as not compatible with this tablet but older simpler games like Candy Crush 2 play on it, but a little slow and choppy compared to newer devices. The Youtube app wanted to throttle every video down to 480p but it handles 1080p fine it appears to be more of the native resolution dictating the auto resolution down rather than data rate or processing of the video.Which for data rate the wireless is also very behind. It cannot see my 5ghz router bands and can only connect to 2.4ghz and when I tested it wasn’t even doing 30mbps down or up. Way below the 500mbps network capability my macbook air and gaming laptop get.For $49.99 it’s a very basic tablet with tinny speakers that sound like you put a flip phone in a solo cup on speakerphone. But the screen is nice and it can stream videos, browse the web and handle casual games you’ve been playing for years. It also came with the screen protector already on it with only a couple tiny bubbles but was a nice surprise since it wasn’t a listed accessory.Overall I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone except the casual user that computing needs are on par with a basic chromebook. It is too far out of date for kids to enjoy, since even Roblox would not load past its initial white loading screen after 10 minutes.
