One happy gamer
My son is very happy with this mouse. He loves how it feels in his hand and all of the options it has.

Serviceable
Almost too much grip on my mouse pad. If you game with a claw grip, your hands will tired in a few hours.

Another great product from Redragon
I have always been a fan of redragon keyboards and have recently had the opportunity to try out some of their mice. Honestly the mouse game is a lot harder to get right so I was a little hesitant at first, but the few I have tried have really impressed me including this one. It is on the bigger side of mice closer to something like a basilisk or g502. So don’t expect an ultralight mouse, but with that being said the weight is actually very comfortable for work or gaming. The clicks are nice feeling and have clean breaks with just a little pre travel. The side buttons are actually done very well and don’t feel squishy at all. The sensor is done nicely, and I had zero issues with any surface including glass. The finish which is usually a problem on budget mice is done well on this and feels good on the hand. The shape is actually the most impressive part and I really enjoyed using it even in fps games. This is a really nice mouse for the money, and I would order it again in a heartbeat!

Disappointed.
It doesn’t have a great economical feel but that, I can deal with you LITERALLY have to charge it EVERY DAY!!! yes I know it lights up but c’mon that is pathetic so if your looking for a good “WIRELESS” mouse, keep shopping because I have this thing plugged in more than not. I guess you could turn all the fancy lights off and MAYBE, it would last longer but I have not tried it as of yet. I only had to charge my old wireless mouse MAYBE ever other month,,, NOT EVERY DAY…

Redragon’s M813 budget answer to Logitech’s G502 is impressive
Let me start by saying I already own the very popular Logitech G502. Even though I have small hands I sold my smaller Logitech G305 because it was too narrow and at least for me gave me hand cramps after awhile. I got this mouse because I wanted to see what one of the other brands besides Logitech had to offer, and to see if there was a gaming mouse slightly less wide than the G502 that I would like better. To my surprise, the Redragon M813 is actually quite a bit wider than the G502. I thought I would hate it, but after trying it side by side with my G502, I now honestly don’t know which I like better.Unlike the G502 there are no weights you get to adjust the weight of the mouse with the M813. Out of the box the M813 weighs .22 ounces compared to .28 ounces of the G502 without any weights in it. But to me in actually use the M813 feels just fine and not too light. What comes in the box is pretty sparse. In fact the small manual was hiding inside the box and I almost overlooked it. The Redragon M813 goes up to 16,000 DPI while the G502 goes to 25,600 with their software, but the M813 for me is as sensitive and responsive as you could want. While the mode button on the bottom didn’t seem to do much of anything after flashing different colors, thankfully their software which you can download from Redragon’s website (just do a search for Redragon M813) is very simple, easy and intuitive to use unlike Logitech’s god awful GHub software. (If you own a Logitech G502 you should just use their Memory Manager app instead.) Frankly, I find all these different light show options distracting, but with the software I was able to set up the mouse to have just one solid color, but you can also turn the lights off completely if you want. And right out of the box, the M813’s 5 default DPI settings make much more sense than Logitech’s and is much simpler for people getting their first gaming mouse to use.Another thing I really liked about the mouse is the distribution of mouse glides on the bottom. Despite having a larger bottom surface to move across the desk, because of the larger glides it moves effortlessly, and it has a smoother feel when moving it than the G502 whose mouse glides are not equally distributed on the bottom. Unlike the G502’s cable which is fixed to the mouse, the 6 foot cable is detachable via USB C, which is a nice touch. Instead of your typical rubber wire, it seems to have a cloth covering protecting a thinner wire underneath and seems to be cheaper than Logitech’s thinner rubber cable and is where they probably cut costs, although it did not bother me. The scroll wheel which they tout also feels better and smoother than Logitech’s.This mouse is significantly wider than the G502, so check out the side by side picture and see if you think it may be too wide for you. All I can tell you is I have small hands and I still like it a lot. I still can’t decide which mouse I want to use in FPS games and that should tell you something. All the buttons which are very similar to the layout of the G502 buttons I can reach just as easily despite it being wider. Add to this the fact that it is going for about half the price of the G502 makes the Redragon M813 a very appealing option, especially for gamers on a budget. I hope you found this review helpful.

Broke after 1 month, no way to ask for exchange
I received it on 9/7/24. It has worked great until today. The mouse will not activate. I tried plugging it into a different computer, I tried a different cord, I tried rebooting the computer. The mouse does not light up. There is an error that the device malfunctioned and is not recognized. I would like to exchange this product, but when I fill out the Contact Form on the companies website, nothing happens when I press send. No way to contact them here. And just outside the return window 🙁

Feels cheap
I searched for a rechargeable mouse because I don’t want a wired mouse or a wireless mouse that takes batteries. This mouse was in the search results, but I didn’t read the description closely enough and I ordered it.This mouse does have a USB-C port for some strange reason, but it is NOT rechargeable. I don’t mind though, that’s one less battery that might end up in a landfill. I just can’t believe how light it is, it weighs about as much as an empty soda can. The software is a bit gimmicky, but it seems to have some decent configuration options. The main reason this mouse got my attention is the thumb rest. If you haven’t used a mouse with a thumb rest, you’re missing out. It’s a game changer, it’s the best thing since the computer mouse was invented.

WOW
Super fast mouse. I actually had to turn down my sensitivity. Ive never had to do that. I like all the options that can be programed in the buttons. The RGB is a nice touch but not sure how to keep it on one color only.

Review for Redragon M813 Wired RGB Gaming Mouse with 4D Dual Mode Scroll Wheel, Optical Ergonomic Mouse with Max 16,000DPI, High Precision Sensor 3333, 7 Macro Buttons, Software SupportedAlready owning a great mechanical keyboard from Redragon I was keen to try this. I don’t really use this for gaming, my main use for a mouse is various editing needs I have on PCs, such as image/video editing as well as programming. My main reason for using gaming peripherals is the precision, customisability and performance. With 5 selectable DPI (1000/2000/4000/8000/16000) more than sufficient for my needs. The dual action scrolling has a tactile mode when slowly rotated and a smooth rapid scroll mode, you also have the ability to scroll left/right, using the wheel, useful for navigating documents without use of scrollbars. The mouse includes multiple buttons for various use and navigation purposes and can be configured to your requirements. The sharp styling with 8 backlight RGB LED lighting modes, gives this a nice modern styling. Overall a decent budget level gaming mouse which is well priced performs well at this price level.

I have gotten used to my Razer mouse so the switch took time to get used to.This mouse is bigger than what I’m used to but it feels comfortable to hold and the tracking is fairly precise.I had no issues pairing this mouse using the dongle or via Bluetooth. The back of the mouse has a pairing button and a switch to adjust to a Bluetooth or wireless dongle connection. You get a long braided USB C cable to charge the mouse or to use as a wired mouse.I did have to download the software to manually adjust the DPI as the preset options don’t feel good. The RGB is a nice touch but it’s also a huge battery drainer. I would recommend turning the brightness down in the software or turning it off completely. For £40, it’s a pretty decent wireless mouse at this price range. If you spend more you’ll get a lot more features but this has all the basics most average people will need.
