1. Before using the product, please turn the switch at the bottom of the keyboard to the ON position, and turn the switch on the bottom of the mouse to the ON (no light) or LED (with light) position.
2. The keyboard and mouse share only one USB receiver, which is located at the bottom of the keyboard. (Only when the receiver is plugged in, the lights of the keyboard and mouse will light up)
3. Please fully charge it before the first use, otherwise it will not last as long as expected when it is not fully charged. (Because we didn’t fully charge the keyboard/mouse before shipment to ensure transportation safety)
4. There will be a little delay when the battery of the keyboard and mouse is too low, please use a DC:5V adapter to charge them, and the charging indicator will go out after fully charged. (If you use the USB port to charge them, the charging time will be very long because of the low current and large battery capacity)
5. If you can’t press “WASD” or “↑↓←→”, don’t worry, please check if the FN function key is enabled. FN+any one of “W/A/S/D” key can be used to switch between letter “WASD” keys and arrow “↑↓←→” keys at will.
6. For RGB lighting adjustment, some shortcut keys and other information about the product, please refer to the user manual.
7. Turning off the keyboard light can extend the battery life of the keyboard moderately.

Edit: best customer service ever seen on Amazon
Really excited to get this set for my laptop. I am on the road alot and get to set up in hotels playing on my laptop. needed something neat and smaller to fit in my laptop bag. After days of searching found this set. Love that the usb works for both keyboard and mouse. Love the lights on both, love that they seem to last forever. The ONLY problem I have is the mouse now is nearly unusable, I thought it would work itself out, but seems to have not. The wheel on the mouse doesn’t work like it should, when scrolling it stutters really bad, when trying to game on diablo 4, with the scroll wheel you can zoom in and out, its impossible, it stutters, goes really fast, you scroll one way goes the opposite way. Really bummed about it, guess I am going to have to try another company’s product. I have tried turning it off and on, unplugging the USB dongle, I’ve tried everything, just can’t seem to get the scroll wheel to work. Other than that the mouse works, I just have been dealing with it, trying not to use the scroll options. I’ve tried to get help from amazon to no success. All I want is a mouse that works. Can’t seem to get a refund or maybe a replacement, amazon makes it nearly impossible to contact support. So not sure what I am to do.***********Edit:Since my review, the company has reached out and fixed my issue immediately. Sent me a new mouse and it’s works flawlessly. I will be buying from them again, they didn’t hesitate, they didn’t complain, they offered to make it right and did so immediately.Very very very happy. Thank you!

Short term usage and poor customer service
Worked great for my son for a few months but then he started to notice the keyboard battery wasn’t lasting as long. Barely 8 months in and it won’t hold a charge for more than 10 minutes. I know it’s a low end keyboard but I still expect better than this. Don’t waste your money if you need this to hold up over time..8/20/24: Shortly after leaving my review, the seller sent me a private message, offering a refund. I responded and the proceeded to just offer up tips for improving the battery (none of them worked). I explained that to them and asked about the refund. They then offered a replacement item but I said I didn’t want a replacement because of my experience with the first one. I (again) noted they reached out to me for a refund and asked about it. At this point, the seller simply replies that it’s too late for a refund. So, buyer beware: not only a poor product but also a very dishonest and unethical seller. Highly recommend another product from another source.

Purchased this for my brother. Iâve had mine for over a year. For my basic productivity stuff and occasional gameplay. It does a great job for the price. My only small issue is the mouse going to sleep after a small amount of inactivity. But it wasnât bad enough to really bother me.

This is my second Red Thunder Keyboard/Mouse combo. This time I bought the Black-white color.Using it a couple of day and I realize I would have liked the white-white combo a bit better.-Reason: If you are not ‘using’ the lights, the black keys do not show the letters on the keys well enough. I’ll have to always use the lighting, even at a low-level light for seeing the key letters.I really like both – the other if a full-keyboard (with the numeric pad.) I got this second one a a ‘space saver’ as I routinely bounce between using two computers during the day.- This one goes well with my Lenovo ThinkPad lap top and transports easier than the ‘full’ keyboard.One big point (down) – the seller did not include a USB cable. What/Why? Good thing I already had a cable to use to charge the mouse and keyboard.

Quiet, decent key motion
Good feel. Mouse scroll and buttons are positive. Charge lasted around 3 months. To recharge batteries I had to use the supplied USB cable – I tried 2 other USB-C cables and they didn’t activate the charging function. A red light “glow” under the F3 key and under the mouse wheel indicate that battery charging is active. Light goes out when charging is complete.

Ok so i got a usb to usbc to plug it to my keyboard. Now i can play on phone, my ps4, and other things. But i still need to try the fortnite remix car glitch so that will be fun with a keyboard like this.

Keyboard died after half a day since purchase. I only watch movies or browse the internet. keyboard flickered a few times like there was a short. Then it was lights out permanently after that. Charging has no affect. Very Disappointing

Most of these units can’t sustain a key press. Hold up or down to cycle through some options? No. Hold backspace to delete a sentence? No. Very high rate of failure incidence, reports on other forums of it being widespread, like, 3 units in a row widespread.These shouldn’t be sold. Wasting packing material, fuel to drive the garbage, people’s time buying it, all for a tiny margin. The world is a shame, swathed in its shield of ignorance.
