Love this device!
I hesitated because of price but this product has changed my work-life for the better. As an HR representative, I struggled with organizing notes, and I take notes on EVERYTHING. The tagging feature I absolutely revolutionary for me. I can keep all of my notes in one place, in a portable, light device that I can also link to my computer. I love porting over documents to take notes on.The pen options are perfect for a wide range of uses. It stays charged for a decent amount of time considering I am using it all day every day. I didnât bother buying an expensive ReMarkable brand cover for it, so I got an inexpensive off brand one that works perfectly. The magnet feature on the pen has helps keep it from being misplaced. The eraser feature on the pen is amazing, too. It can be very precise, which is awesome.There are a couple of features that arenât ideal for my uses. The first is the tip on the pen. The package includes extra tips, which is great but even when Iâm consciously trying to write lightly, they wear out very quickly. There are off brand pen tips on the market but havenât tried them yet. Another feature I wish the device had was being able to move typed text around on a page. Itâs more feasible in the app than on the actual device, but you canât in real time move text to different spots in the page, which is not the end of the world but definitely frustrating.

I wanted to work with this before writing a review. I’ve been using it for 5 months now and can say, unequivocally, that this is a great product.Writing experienceAs a pen aficionado, I’ve been surprised at how much I enjoy writing with this. I have the pen that erases. I’m on my second pen tip and use it almost daily, so it has pretty good ‘tip life’. The writing experience is really nice. Took no adjustment on my part.The PlatformIt’s easy to navigate. Easy to categorize and name documents and organize folders. I don’t use the handwriting to text feature bc my writing doesn’t translate well, so I can’t comment on that. However, where before I was carrying around multiple notebooks for different areas of my life, now I have just one. One! And it contains my work notes, my construction notes, my volunteer work notes, PDFs that I’ve downloaded. Drawings I’ve made. It’s so efficient. And I’ve never run out of battery life.SummaryI was concerned that I wouldn’t take to this given my pen/paper fondness, but the Remarkable has truly delivered. This is not cheap, but well worth the investment thus far. I recommend it.

Honestly, Iâm in love
So, Iâve been tossing around the idea of a writing tablet forever. Finally decided to do it, knowing if I didnât like it, I could just return it. Well I will NOT be doing that, because this is just the best thing ever. Iâve always preferred hand writing to typing but Iâve used an apple pen on an iPad and hated how it went. I love the remarkable pen, thereâs different styles in case I want to change how my writing looks (right now itâs the ballpoint fine point). It also writes beautifully. The pen hits right where you want it, the eraser is on point and doesnât take off half the work when you try to erase a single line. The templates they include are enough for me, Iâve used the hexagons for habit tracking, the lines for my story, blank ones for doodling, and the checklist for my to do list. Still learning and trying out some new things but donât expect to be disappointed with them. I also love that the screen isnât lit, which seems like a weird thing to like. But I stare at a computer screen plenty, I donât need more glare. I have a case now and so it can leave the house with me and will be traveling all over with me

Absolutely Wonderful!
This device is so lightweight and portable you won’t believe it. There is a small learning curve and that was for me to write a bit bigger to allow for better accuracy when using the OCR function. When they say it is like writing on paper, they mean it! No slipping around like writing on other tablets. The battery life is exceptional! I’ve used it for a week now and the battery is still going strong. There are easy on screen prompts to make it easy to use as well as emails with tips to improve functionality. One of the templates puts automatic lines on the page so that things are more legible. The pen/pencil/stylus (not sure what to really call it) attaches magnetically to the tablet and unlike other devices, it stays in place even when putting it into a work bag or taking it out. I have yet to see it fall off. It is a bit pricy but I am thrilled with my purchase! This is the only device I will be handwriting on in the future.

This product has exceeded my expectations. I wanted it to use for when I did job estimates to take notes and markup site drawings. But I can also connect to my onedrive and google drive and access my pdf library and read all my favorite books. In addition to that because it can connect directly to wifi, its linked to my mobile device. I can access a document from my phone or tablet after I have been in the field and marked it up. Now its on my laptop and I can load the marked up document into my estimating platform. Very good product. Its just like writing on paper, except you can erase and save and your not wasting paper!! Love it. Battery life is great. I only charge it once a week and I use it everyday. Highly recommend it!!!
