Games straight out of the box.
A great selection of retro games straight out of the box, absolutely no tinkering required.Of course you can tinker if you want, and speed up load times by replacing the SD card and roms with “better” versions.The product itself feels amazing in the hand, high quality, and it doesn’t feel like you’re getting a knockoff.My only knock is that it feels a little dangerous to carry in your pocket, nothing protects the screen from other items in your pocket/purse/bag.All in all a great, well made item at a steal of a price.

Games not working
I had just received the product four days again and after going through all the different games that are preloaded on the included card Iâve found that more than 130 games will not load. The games from the GB and GBC seem to work the best along with most PS1 games but other than those itâs a hit or miss between the different consoles.

Pros and cons for this gaming device. A lot of good and some bad though.
First off, this is a VERY cool gaming device that will bring you a ton of nostalgic gaming fun. It has A TON of games. 5,500 games to be more precise. From old console games from Sega Genesis to NeoGeo, to Playstation 1, PSP to arcade and computer classics from all genres. There are old classics like Asteroids, Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, Thief, Burger Time, Grand Theft Auto and newer games from the newer (90s/early2000). What’s not to love?Well, I will tell you. The device is small which means the screen, buttons and game pad are small. It is tough to see some things on such a small screen. It doesn’t have wifi, but you can run a cable from the game to your tv and connect them. It says the device will also run with a 2.4 wireless controller too. I haven’t tried either of them yet, mainly because I don’t own a wireless controller yet.So, if you don’t have a wireless controller, you must use the controller pad on the device. Well it doesn’t really work well for me since my hands are a bit bigger. I find myself dropping the game a lot on my chest when I’m playing while sitting up in my chair. I’ve also found that the device buttons are mislabeled too. Most games you have to play via trial and error until you can figure out the buttons. It’s very annoying. Also, because some games can’t be played via a game pad, you simply can’t even play them at all without a joystick because you need the extra buttons to perform actions. You can play arcade classics like Pac-Man and Thief, but imagine playing those games on a keypad. You don’t live very long. Also, some of the games will not load at all. Maybe 50 to 100 or so. Not sure why, maybe they use too much CPU power? For all of those reasons, I took off one star. It’s a fun device with tons of games that are playable and you will enjoy it. I think if I did hook it up to my tv and got a wireless joystick, It would be an easy 5 stars. The audio is really good. The speaker is tiny, but loud and crisp. The screen is crisp and clear for most games too.Overall, 4 out of 5 stars for sure and probably 5 out of 5 if I get that joystick.

Bought 2 of these for my kids. My kids love this thing. Theres over a thousand games on it. Alot of classics. Plus it’s easy to put games on there if it doesn’t already have it.

They keep sending me used/returned devices
I bought this for a friend and was impressed by the quality so I bought one myself. The one I bought myself had a very dirty package and stopped booting up beyond the splash screen after a day. I just received the replacement for that one, and the box isn’t even sealed. We’ll see if this one goes bad as well… I alreadyKept it 2 stars because the first one I bought would have been 5 stars, but now I have two disappointments in a row so I’ll average all three results together.
