Powerful little handheld console
I wanted a console to be like my childhood handheld Nintendo and this one nailed it. The build quality is outstanding. Anbernic is a well known brand for this consoles and with this model they didn’t disappoint. The screen looks amazing, crips, great viewing angles, brightness, colors and 4 inches of size you get some great quality retro gaming experience.The buttons are great, responsive and non clicky they are more the mushy kind. The only clicky ones are the triggers but not too much.You can connect this to a TV via a mini HDMI and have a bigger screen to play. It has Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.Games are good but you can add your own owned games to this as well if you’re more advance user.Overall the value for the money for the functionality is great. Excellent handheld console.

The amount of preloaded 5 star games that are on here are worth it alone. I was playing gta on it, and it brought me back to simpler times.

Very Comfortable, Runs Well
This is built by Anbernic. They are known to make pretty good products for emulation.The screen is really nice. Very bring and modern. It can be seen from all angles and makes you games really pop. The first thing I noticed when turning it on was just how good it was.The controls feel great. D-Pad and Analog both are good. Buttons on the front are your typical membrane buttons. On the back there are 4 back buttons for L1/R1 and L2/R2.Ergonomics are quite nice. Feels comfortable in the hand and easy to press the front and back buttons. It does remind you are a gameboy and there is only one speaker on the front. No stereo sound. However, there is a headphone jack that does give stereo sound that way. Sound has dedicated up and down buttons to quickly change the volume.Storage is expandable with an SD Card. And you can select between the internal or external storage.Each emulator has different options. And there are tons of them. Arcade, and Retro etc. I did try a disc based emulator and it stuttered a tiny bit but the game play wasnât affected. One thing I really like is the dedicated mode button. It takes you right into the emulator settings and you can adjust aspect ratio etc. A plus if you are playing a letterbox game or system like the PSP.You can put the game in standby quickly just pressing the power button once and come back when you want to play again. Something you couldnât do back in the day.In the box you get the charging cable, device and manual. No charger. The charging cable is USBA to USBC. The Anbernic has a USBC port on it.I think this is a great option to play those older games all the way up to the Dreamcast (though with a few stutters as it got more modern, gameplay wasnât affected again). I really like the feel and build quality. I hope they do a dual analog widescreen version. Iâd love to try that.

Tons of games and features
The RG40XX V Handheld Game Console has a classic Game Boy aesthetic, but with better features. It was a big hit in my family (ages range from 9 to adult). I ordered this in the white color which gives it a nice clean look.It comes preloaded with over 5,000 classic games and supports more than 10 game simulators. The screen is bright and clear which is awesome, as is the high-precision joystick, and customizable RGB lighting, This device has Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connectivity for online gaming and/or streaming and the battery lasts for about 6 hours. There is also a standby mode that can be activated by pressing the power button once, allowing users to resume the game at a later time. I like this because my kids can’t complain that they are going to lose their game when I ask them to do things.Overall this is a great buy and would make an excellent gift for someone who likes gaming.

Great handheld gaming device
I am incredibly impressed with this hand held gaming device. It has so many preloaded games included with it and my husband was able to download and upload more games onto it. The screen quality is really well to. It reminds me of game boy when I was younger, except a much better picture. I can’t get my husband and children off of it. Everyone wants a turn playing. We will be going to Florida soon and this will be essential for our 23 hour drive there. I am very pleased with it!

Great system, great games
It has plenty of games.Lots of fun.focuses a lot less on Nintendo (no Zelda games at all, and only 2-3 of each of the game boy and NES/SNES systems) and more on Sega, but has some good Arcade games.The big 4″ is screen makes games easy to see and is crystal clear.Controls are good.Lots of fun in this box.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Beautifully made handheld
This has been great. Screen looks amazing. Plenty bright and sharp. The buttons have a great feel and are responsive as they should be. Tons of preloaded games to choose from. Build quality is very nice. Anyone would be plenty happy with this retro style handheld. Highly recommend!
