my device looks brand new, ZERO damage, it does get choppy when using streaming radio app and surfing at the same time, just those two things and it cant keep up. the keyboard sometimes has horrible delays (you type and sit and wait for the app to catch up you are typing in) and sometimes it does the “stuck key” thing where it types 40 letter r`s for you randomly, you cannot stop it, just have to wait for it`s mind to quit and let you clear it.it`s OK so far outside the issues I mentioned, for $110, I am happy with it, but it`s not anything more than a $110 machine, and that`s OK.

Great little computer
They last a few years with tough handling and use. Fast enough to run different apps at the same time w/o problems. Samsung is quality. I buy the reconditioned models…so far they appear to be in new condition.

Non upgradable. Not ssd, emmc storage. Released in 2019, not 2024. Still decent for the price..
Decent chromebook, however, don’t be mislead by the description as I was. The drive on this is no ssd, but rather an emmc which cannot be upgraded, same with the ram, as both are soldered onto the board. Additionally, this is no 2024 model, but rather was released in in 2019. Research Samsung model # xe310xba for the full and actual specs.That being said, for the price it can still handle a mid appload responsibly.p.s. I bought this CB to use as a larger screen for the positive grid spark app and it does so efficiently. So I don’t feel taken for a ride, however, I do expect Amazon renewed/refurb shop to do a little more honest business and to provide more information on the product being sold.Final thought: At the price point, I took a gamble and broke even. At the least, it can support external storage devices and I would recommend a usb c supportable expansion for additional ports as needed or to connect a mouse +. Product was in great shape and out of the box as close to new as it gets. 3.2/5 stars.

Great Chromebook
I needed to upgrade my Chrome book as it was no longer a supported technology. The very things I needed it and used it for could not be done because of the old tech. This was reasonably priced and caught up with the new tech. Perfect for the things I needed to do.

Fraudulent Product Description: pictures were edited and not a 2024 model
I bought and returned this product.- The model actual model is Samsung XE310XBA which was released on 2019 (not 2024 as specified on the description).- The images on the description were manually edited (altered) to show a larger screen/body ratio, and smaller bezels than real. You can check the real bezel sizes on the attached picture.This is a fraudulent post/product that should not be allowed.
