The experience with the seller.
I ended up returning it but I loved dealing with the seller. Prompt and courteous. It was a great pleasure dealing with them.

Second Galaxy Book 2- both with power on and screen problems
This was my second Galaxy Book 2. The first was new but had power button issues (much like another reviewer) and would be a bear to try and turn on. I still had the keyboard and pen from my older Galaxy Book, so it was no problem ordering this without either. For the first week or so, it worked perfectly. Then I started having the same old problems as my old one.Just to get it to turn on, I would have to press the power button over and over again. The screen would flash and the keyboard would light up, but the screen would still be blank. It got to where it would take way too long of a time just to get it to turn on, but it eventually would.Since I really do love the device itself (though the LTE feature and portability would be of no use anymore) I decided not to turn it off and just set it to sleep while always set up at my desk. So I closed the keyboard, the screen flashed again and nothing. I don’t even know if it’s on or off. I can’t get it to respond at all. I hate to do it, but I am returning it.I gave three stars because it’s a great device and the issues may or may not have anything to do with the seller. It looked brand new and worked perfectly when I was able to turn it on, so I would recommend this seller again. But since a new one had the same issues, it looks like the Galaxy Book 2 just may be a dud that I need to walk away from.

8 months and the battery is already junk
I purchased this tablet for Christmas and the battery is already junk. In the past few months, it would not build a full charge, and now it will not take a charge at all. It’s dead. It lasted all of 8 months. Aside from the battery issue, it was super slow. Also, when you tried to full screen media, only half of the image would show – then be full screen. Then half….The tablet wasn’t even heavily used.

A terrible want to be Surface replacement, get a real Microsoft Surface instead.
When it works, it’s fine. But this has been a terrible machine overall. And I got mine for $1,000 directly from AT&T and I wish I had just gotten a legit Microsoft surface instead.Sometime the power button has to be pushed several times or “held” to get the screen to boot back up. I’ve already sent it to Samsung directly once for repair and it’s now doing the same thing all over again. The good thing is they did honor the warranty. But man, this machine is terrible. When the screen is up it looks brilliant and functions great, no complaints. But the power button and powering up process is just terrible. There’s a few practical things as well. One there is no place to put the pen while on the go. So in keeping it in a safe space at home or in a bag, it is often not available when I would like to have it. Two, I have a broken key on my keyboard and there is no way to just buy a replacement because it’s an item custom to this tablet/laptop.The only big positive is having an always connected laptop that doesn’t require wifi to function has been very useful for work. When the screen/power button isn’t acting up. However, if you want the best possible bang for your buck in a similar design and being able to run it on a phone plan isn’t a priority . Look to the Microsoft Surface and not this pale imitation.

Some problems
Some minor technical problems. Keyboard doesn’t pop up when needed. Such as writing email. Shutting down in middle of program. Ect.

This is a terrible product, not worth the trouble
First off, you won’t be able to find any kind of case or cover for this device. After about 1 month of use, it stopped charging and turning on. Only good thing about this is the 90 day warranty, I thought this would be a decent replacement for a Samsung Galaxy tablet that had broken, but that at least lasted 2 years.

Good, but…
So far, I like that this can be a tablet and a computer. Problem is that you cannot buy the keyboard separately.

Es como una computadora tactil, no como tablet, no se pueden descargar aplicaciones
