Gottaprotect those kiddies!Ill be buying my electronics through new egg for now on.Now for the actual review:I bought this device for work however discovered it came with windows 10 in S Mode installed however the product description does NOT state that it does. Only that it has windows 10. There is no mention of it being in S Mode. That version of windows made the device utterly unusable!I might as well have spent 300 bucks on a pallet of bricks. I needed this device to run 3 apps that are not available on the windows store and since this device comes in S Mode it is completely unusable. I had to wipe the device completely and reinstall windows and now the drivers are refusing to reinstall. I will not be buying anything from Samsung in the future with regards to windows based tablets if they are all going to be this locked down and unusable.It doesnt matter how long the battery lasts or how light it is or how nice the screen is if the device doesnt work as intended. If I had known it would come with this version of windows 10 installed i would have bought a different device entirely as the software i need to run can work on linux or android. Ive already asked for my money back and recommend any other would be purchasers double check the manufacturers website for hidden product information and really do their homework.This is my second attempt to post a review.

Great Product
Love this tablet. Works well with reading textbooks due to the large screen size and surprisingly long battery life. The charger that came with it, the rock space quick charge 3.0, works great, and can also be used to charge my galaxy phone very quickly, which makes it super handy.My only real complaint is the lag this tablet experiences constantly, probably due to the low amount of ram. Aside from requiring a little bit of patience, this tablet does everything it should do.

Awesome Tablet/PC
I am so happy with is tablet/PC. It’s everything in one! I added a blue tooth mouse and keyboard. I got a case for it as well, so I can use it as a laptop or I can take it out and use it as a tablet. This is the best of both worlds! I added a 512 SD card to it and have all of the memory that I need. I’m a big fan of Windows 10 too, it is so much better than Android or over rated ios! Since I’ve been working from home this has been the best addition to my computer. I can do all of my work from this device and from anywhere in my house! (BTW) All of my coworkers who are having issues working from home are the ones with over rated Mac computers! I will take Windows 10 (Samsung) over Mac any day of the week!……….and @ half the cost!! What’s up with those Air Pods too? They look ridiculous!!

Useful and liked, until short life in less than a year
Brought the product on October 2020, and it was useful before no longer operate from May 2021. I am quite disappointed about the short life that operated for less than a year, despite it’s a renewal product. I am not sure what went wrong, but cannot recharge the battery over 50% nor boot (though, battery indicator showing up means screen is working).

Not Samsung’s fault
WindowsS is a bit too limiting. yes you can get your professional work done, internet streaming services and most normal stuff is fine, but if you want this for your kids, good luck. We are finding most developers for the apps my kids use do not support windowsS. for example Minecraft and messenger are not supported. That said, the hardware is awesome. long battery life, great WIFI connection, perfect display. all features work as you would expect a product from Samsung to.Not sure where this review will land so I will say i did buy a refurbished unit and it was perfect, no cosmetic issues at all.
