Excellent S20+ 5G Renewed From Stalion Requip – Flawless
I received this S20+ 5G Renewed Phone from Stalion Requip, Shipped from Amazon. Arrived withAndroid 13 installed. Phone was well packed and came in a plain box with a nice 5Volt 2Amp (9Volt 1.87Amp) charger, USB C charging cable, and SIM Tray removal tool. The box was labeled NEW. The model I received is SM-G986U1. It is NEW, Pristine, Looks and Performs Flawlessly. The phone is Fully Unlocked for all US carriers GSM and CDMA. I put my SIM card and SD card in the dual SIM tray, powered up and in a short while I was up and running. I used the included Smart Switch app to transfer everything from my old Samsung phone. The phone is fast, color and graphics are great. WiFi and Bluetooth connect easily and work flawlessly. Phone connects quickly to Tracfone/Verizon mobile network and switches smoothly between LTE and 5G as I travel along. My Cell service is Tracfone through Verizon. The S20+ supports most of the LTE bands and 5G bands used by Verizon. This is important especially if you live or travel in a weak signal area with Verizon or other CDMA carrier. I don’t know about GSM carriers. I first ordered the S20 FE, which, I found out, does not support the mmWave bands needed for the fastest 5G Verizon service or reliably connect to Verizon in my weak signal home location. As a result I couldn’t get connected unless I walked outside my house into my driveway. Someone living in a strong signal area would not notice unless they travel into a weak signal area. This seems to be a problem with the design of the S20 FE and not the fault of the Renewer or Amazon. I wasn’t willing to wait and try a replacement S20 Fe 5G so, unfortunately I had to send the S20 FE 5G back, I ordered the S20+ 5G instead. I’m very happy with my decision and with my S20+ 5G which supports 5G mmWave and reliably connects to Verizon in my weak signal area.I can’t say enough good about Stalion Requip. All Renewers are not created equal. Stalion Requip includes a printout of all the internal specs and test results so you know what you’re getting. Purchase your phone from Stalion Requip and you won’t be disappointed.

    Updated review after 3 months
First, kudos to the seller. Shipped fast and arrived early. Thank you. This phone is great. The screen is clear, bright and very dim when that’s required too. The internals are snappy and responsive, audio is loud and crystal clear. Overall it feels like a solid pocket computer. The only negative I have found is the fingerprint reader. Since it’s on the front, under the screen, only thumbprints make sense, and it’s sloooow! Its also unusable if my hands are not completely clean and dry. I’m always doing filthy things working with my hands, so usually I just swipe and unlock with a pattern. Coming from years of using LG phones, Samsung could take some pointers on the fingerprint scanner function and location. It makes me sad that LG is not making pocket computers anymore. Samsung is good, LG was better overall I think. Still, it’s a good machine for good value.Edit: the fingerprint reader has stopped functioning completely. Its is fully useless except as a blingy gimmick. If you need a phone that will unlock via fingerprint, don’t buy this.UPDATE: apparently Samsung is junk. Dropped last month and even inside full armor, the back glass cracked. Who builds a phone using glass on the back? Dumb. The phone started glitching badly yesterday, one week after warranty expiration. Lol, typical. I had to reset the phone 3 times today and the camera and gallery will both cause the phone to lock up requiring a hard reset. Cannot recommend this or any Samsung phone. Waste of money, resources, time and energy. Back to LG quality for as long as I can get one. None of my old LG phones have failed, they’ve been upgraded and put away, all still work fine. Samsung is junk as far as I am concerned.

This was NOT model number SM-G986ULBAXAA
1.-They sold this phone under the generic term (Galaxy S-20+ 5g, cloud blue, 128 gb factory unlocked). That description matches to actual model nbr.: SM-G986ULBAXAA. What I ACTUALLY received was an SM-G986ULBAATT (Galaxy S-20+ 5g, cloud blue, 128 gb, AT&T carrier unlocked). Not THAT big of a deal. It still works on my carrier, but still has AT&T branded bloatware incorporated into key systems (even the phone dialer). Now, I DID check the site for the actual model number prior to ordering, and did feel a bit nervous when it just said, “Galaxy S-20+ 5g, factory unlocked,” and even asked the Q&A bot/AI what actual model number was, and the AI specifically said it wasnt mentioned, and I COULD have figured out a way to contact the actual seller to get a REAL answer, but I did NOT (was shopping on my previous, broken-screened, device.). I assumed as it was labeled as Renewed (rather than refurbished) that the descriptor was id enough… I was wrong, but was able to at least put most of the bloat-ware to sleep, and, as I said, it still works on my (Metro PCS) carrier.2-Amazon states items carrying the, “renewed” title:”…will come with accessories that may not be original, but will be compatible and fully functional.” -I interpret that as meaning a comparable version of all the accessories which would have came with the item when purchased brand new, but not necessarily the same brand. Therefore, I assumed I was getting a “superfast” capable wall charger with usb-c form-factor output, a superfast capable usb-c to usb-c charging chord, a sim/sd card ejector pin, and a pair of usb-c wired earbuds, and a pre-applied screen protector as all of these items were included when new. -I was disappointed to find: -a very short, and very cheap, usb to usb-c charger cable, that couldnt be touched while charging or it would lose connection. Definitely NOT super-fast capable… -NO wall charger, let alone a, “super-fast compatible,” one, so I can NOT comment as th whether the battery on my new, yet wrong, S-20+ 5g meets, “renewed-,” quality specs as I can’t test its ability to use all Samsung-advertised functions. -Not that I cared, but it did NOT have an SD/SIM card ejector pin (I have plenty, so… Meh?…) -I was mostly disappointed with the exclusion of any usb-c headphones as this was Samsung’s 1st model to divorce from the, ‘3.5mm aux stereo audio output with mic input,’ jack, and therefore I had no way to use wired headphones on my new phone. I ended up ordering a cheap aux to usb-c adapter from Temu so as to to be able to use my existing headphones or make audio connections directly from the phone to a stereo or surround sound receiver or other device without wireless capabilities. -Newly purchased, the S-20+ 5g comes with a fingerprint sensor-capable screen protector pre-applied. This renewed version, however, does not APPEAR to have a screen protector already on it (i DID purchase some, though, and a case).Altogether, that means, of the 5 accessories that this device would have shipped with if new, there was only 1 ACTUALLY included, and it, in my perspective, wasnt even correct. So, with all that said…It is likely (probably is) that Amazon is not clearly communicating, either to the sellers, or we customers, what the ACTUAL expectations should be when purchasing Renewed products vs refurbished. I feel that if you are trying to point out what makes a renewed device better than a refurbished, and then say renewed are better beause (among other reasons) renewed products come with some version of the accessories included with the items when new, then they ALL should. If not, then JUST SAY SO! Don’t do the shady thing and add that kind of terminology as a misnomer to trick your customers into paying more for a perceived benefit that isnt there. That’d be as bad as charging people a montly fee under the premise they will get 2-day shipping because of said fee, then slowly disappear the 2-day shipping and replace with electing to get things on a certain day of the week, and saying its to save on boxes and the enviornment…

Firstly, the phone arrived an entire week earlier than the estimated delivery date, which is always nice.Secondly, the charger it came with was kinda lacklustre. If you want to utilise fast-charging with this phone, get a USB-C to USB-C charger.Thirdly, the sides and some of the back have very clearly been glued, but it was honestly a good job at that. All in all, well worth the price.

Sin duda tenía mis dudas y miedo de que llegara en mal estado pero la verdad prácticamente esta nuevo no tiene ni un detalle, puedo ver que no es nuevo porque el cargador que me llego es de un Motorola pero fuera de eso le doy un 10…

Phone arrived way sooner than expected, in perfect condition. Only issue I have is that supplied charger is super slow! Like barely works if you’re using the phone.
