3 years + & still amazing!!!
Loved this Z-flip from day 1. Purchased this phone August of 2020. The quality of the photos is great. I use it to shoot videos & photo content for instagram often. I have not had any issues with screen problems. NO cracking or anything. The fact that this phone folds in half and actually fits in your pocket makes it more convenient to carry and use. People always ask me about my phone and I always say how happy I am with it. Other reviews mention battery charging issues. I haven’t had any problems with this. My phone can go all day and still be at about 48 – 30% when I go to place it on my wireless charger at night. I haven’t had any issues with wireless charging of the phone. I also upgraded the look of the phone with a woodgrain patterned skin. Durability wise it is also good. I have dropped the phone a few times on the pavement and nothing negative occurred except for a few small minor chips to the finish at the corners. The finish is durable and the only finish marks my phone has are from hard falls on a rough surface. All in all this phone has worked out great and is still going strong into my 4th year of use & ownership. That’s right into my 4th year. How many people even keep a cell phone for that long or have the battery life last that long. Keep in mind those that have a negative experience are more apt to post than those that don’t have any problems. I would buy this phone again without hesitation! Which I am for another family member. When I saw all the negative reviews, I thought I would post bc I have had a GREAT experience with this phone.

Not close to finishing set-up yet.
This is without a doubt a gorgeous phone and has many features, but I’ll have to read the entire user manual as new to smart phones. Although sold as new, there was an occasion where another carrier showed up on a blue screen and my carrier explained that it was an unlocked phone and would still work. Probably the reason didn’t pay full Samsung price. I have little hands and although purchased a cover, the cover doesn’t quite fit the 5G model so can’t adjust volume with it. I would suggest a leather Samsung cover. I have about 214 topics in the user manual to read through.

Was a really fun phone till screen cracked on it’s own.
This is my favorite phone so far, last phone was a note 8. This phone is much lighter, doesn’t hurt so bad when I drop on my face. It’s fun to hang up on people by dramatically folding the phone close. The crease where the phone folds is hardly noticeable. The small touchscreen on the front of the phone is very useful when phone is closed, you can even use it as a selfie display when using the higher quality camera lens. I got a spigen case and it looks very sleek.Edit: screen cracked after having a few months by no fault of my own. Just looked at the phone and noticed a dozen cracks spiral from fold and the pixels in the fold were blurry. Looked online and others are having same issues with the thin glass tech. Under Samsung warranty they will replace the screen once for free within a year of purchase. If you have to pay out of pocket to fix again its $499 for new screen. Really sad because I loved this phone. When it cracks again I will turn it into insurance and lose $350 ($200 insurance and $150 deductible). I suggest not buying until next model in july if they have fixed this issue.

Fits in nursing scrubs
Please note that U BREAK I FIX are unable to order screen protector through Samsung its not the distribution list you will have to mail it to SAMSUNG which takes up to 2 weeks to get back to get a screen protector on it, if you do it yourself it voids the warranty of the phone. Perfect for nursing and notes folds easy works great fits in scrubs perfect keep basic notes for myself thank you waited for years worth the wait yes has not broken when dropped and will hang off vent gps holder as long as its open if folded will fall

Value for the money
I’ve been wanting a phone like this for a while. I really like the way that it folds so that its a smaller footprint in your pocket. And I really like not having to worry about it breaking in half in my pocket. Was debating between the Motorola and the Samsung. You get so much more with the Samsung.

Be very gentle
The phone is super cool and a great conversation starter! But unless you’re super careful, it the middle part always seems to crack. I’ve purchased this $1,000 phone twice now and had the same issues for both. If you find yourself being very physically active, then maybe this isn’t for you…

Very heavy, I found it difficult to open,( this is a personal problem as I have large fingers and poor co-ordination.) may be OK for smaller more agile fingers. I unfortunately got an American version and was difficult to rearrange to a Canadian condition. I have since returned the phone and received prompt refund.
