Scam Artists
Device was supposed to be Acceptable Amazon Renewed and the screen didn’t work and had a black line going through the middle. Tried to return it and they accepted it but it wasn’t until they received the device they went back and said that’s not how they sent it and needed to charge me a 40% RESTOCKING FEE!!! They decided to scam me out of $300 rather than refund me the whole amount for sending me an item that didn’t work.

Well, it’s definitely refurbished. The casing had scratches, the big, tablet screen has a black spot where it won’t display, and it doesn’t run as smoothly as I feel it should but it does work. I wouldn’t say I’m happy, but I wouldn’t say I’m unhappy either…

Flex Screen keeps breaking! – Don’t buy
The flex screen keeps breaking. Had nothing but problems due to buying on Amazon because the phone was already registered previously. Can’t get it fixed locally due to this, must send it directly SAMSUNG. I was told by the screen repair shop that all the flex screens break. Z5 is even worse. Never again. I even purchased an extended warranty. Back to Apple I go!
