Large Memory Storage Option
The SilverStone Technology SETA D1 Mid-Tower ATX Chassis (SST-SED1-B) is an outstanding case that offers a fantastic blend of functionality and versatility. Right out of the box, it impresses with its sleek, modern design, featuring clean lines and a mesh front panel for optimal airflow. The chassis is built with durability in mind, offering sturdy construction while maintaining a relatively lightweight feel. One of the standout features of the SETA D1 is its high storage capability. It supports up to six hard drives or SSDs, giving users ample room to expand their storage setup. Whether you’re a gamer, content creator, or someone who simply needs plenty of space for multiple drives, this case has you covered. It also boasts flexible mounting options, allowing for efficient cable management and a clean, organized build.Cooling performance is excellent, with support for up to eight fans and compatibility with liquid cooling setups. This ensures that your components stay cool, even during long gaming sessions or heavy workloads. The case’s airflow design is optimized, with mesh panels that help channel cool air to where it’s needed most.Building in the SETA D1 is a breeze, thanks to its spacious interior and well-thought-out layout. There’s plenty of room for high-end graphics cards, large CPU coolers, and other premium components. The tool-less drive bays and easy-to-remove panels make installation and upgrades quick and simple.I did run into issues with a SSI CEB motherboard obstructing some of the drive bays but was able to work around this. Just something to be aware of.Overall, the SilverStone SETA D1 Mid-Tower ATX Chassis is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a high-quality, versatile case with plenty of room for storage and great cooling potential. Whether you’re building a gaming rig, a content creation machine, or just need a reliable case for your next PC build, this chassis is a top contender

Exceptionally spacious & modular
Bought this to house a visual media processor & server (i7-14700 with Noctua NH-D15, 96GBDDR5, ASUS ProArt MBO & RTX4070ti super OC; 2TB Samsung Pro M2, >30TB WD Gold spinners). This case offers exceptional modularity: it was easy to trade off 4 internal HDD slots for 4 x 5.25in externals; ended up with Silversone 3x hotswap bay above, LG BR & Startek UHS-ii card reader below, but had to take out another HDD slot to account for the 300mm graphics card, so ended up with 3 (well vented) internal + 3 external 3.5 HDD slots (and there is still space for 2 more 2.5s). Overall the case is reasonably well ventilated, with plenty of room for the big CPU cooler, and it was easy to move & add a few extra fans; I fabricated an adapter (using the supplied front fan mount) to add a couple of Noctua 60mms to the 140mm at the front below the 5.25 bays; I ended up with 4.3 x 140mm fan area.My only two (minor) negatives are while that the assembly instructions are OK for those of us who are technically apt, but might confuse an inexperienced builder; and that it would be nice not to have to sacrifice HDD slots for longer graphics cards (e.g. as on the smaller Silverstone TJ-08E).Overall, a great, well made, flexible & professional case with support for a lot of different I/O & storage options.

This case is not as good as I though.
The quality is different from what I expected. All the screws were on one bag and I had to guess where to put each one of them. Other vendors put them separately. The holes in the case didn’t align with those in the MB.
