    So far so good
Got the ryzen 7 7800x3d with the rtx 4080 from them and it’s working well so far. This is the 4th PC I’ve bought from sky tech on Amazon the first two times were flawless. The third time not so much since that time it came without a graphics card so I got scammed. This time everything looks good packaged right, PC turn on no problems I was skeptical cause some of the reviews are all over the place but I’m glad to say this PC working really good. Will update this review if anything changes

    Beast mode!!
i cant really say because Ive never owned a PC before. i just know im excited to have it. it looks awesome and it has very powerful specs. that being said and mind you i have No knowledge about pC gaming or rigs, parts nothing. but as a gamer you read and see things and know what a amd, intel gpu are since we always compare xbox and playstation to them. after opening the system and just checking the parts i think i was better off buying the parts and building one. i used various pc builders with the parts used in this $3000 RIG and my heart dropped!! aside from the PNY 4080 and the CPU everything else is cheap parts. you can literally build a better rig using better parts for less. so before you buy do some research.definitely contemplating returning it but i need to try a game or two on it, also making some weird coily noise not to loud but its there non stop im wondering if its a fan but im a noob. i dont like the wire management or chasis and the ssd has no heatsink. what makes it look cool is the rgb but its doesnt feel like a $3000 machine thats just my honest opinion. i might keep it after a few games!! I dont know how to feel..Edit: Ok this things is a BEAST!!Out the box, Everything I’ve tried 4K/Ultra. It’s set to automatically, while I learn more about the settings. Hahaha oddly enough that coil noise went away when I started running games on it. Idk it’s weird and maybe it’s just normal noises from the power. I also put a heat sink on the ssd and got a second one the crucial 4tb T700 suppose to be super fast so I got that for the games. It’s definitely growing on me, might give the my kids and get me another one but with a different chasis. Man if this your first PC be ready.. have patience and be ready to learn. It’s a cool experience so far.

Bad start (DOA GPU), great finish (thanks to Skytech).
Ordered a Used-Acceptable system from Amazon with 7800X3D and 4080 non-super. I’ve ordered quite a few prebuilds from various sources, including Amazon. This is the first one I’ve received with a DOA GPU. In addition, the following things were different from other prebuilds I’ve ordered: GPU with triple fan was installed and left to flop around (other SIs will provide GPU uninstalled in its own box or secure installed GPU with expanding foam), no instruction manuals or unused parts (unused cables for modular PS, extra aRGB fans originally with case etc.) were included, and it only included one box, rather than an outer box – Some SIs include two outer boxes. I have ordered 3 prebuilds from Amazon before (not Skytech). All were not single boxed like this system. There was no keyboard or mouse included.I contacted Amazon to take care of the DOA GPU and their solution was to ship the entire unit back for a refund. I instead, decided to see if the original SI could help me. It took a while to get a hold of someone and after a few hours of trying, for some reason using online chat was the quickest way. The phone system kept changing the number ahead of me in line both up and down. After listening to the random numbers ahead of me (low as 3 high as 12) for an hour, I decided to try voice chat. The number ahead of me counted down (as expected) and I was chatting with a CSR in less than 15-minutes.After talking with Skytech, they decided to exchange my DOA GPU with a more current model – a 4080 SUPER to replace the 4080. I actually bought the system for the one or two use cases (out of over 1000) that the non-SUPER is faster than than the SUPER. But benchmarks show, the difference is usually less than 2% between the two, with SUPER model ahead most of the time.It took a couple days for the Skytech Rep to get the case forwarded to the desk of the person who would actually send out the GPU. But the total time from first contact at Skytech to replacement GPU in my hand was one week or 5 business days. Now I have a fully functioning system, albeit missing any manuals or surplus power supply cables. When discussing the conditions of the system with Skytech, it would seem that the boxes, unused parts, and manuals, and secured GPU are a part of included items and Service with any Skytech prebuild, but mysteriously were not followed for my system.Had this system arrived fully functioning, my opinion would have been much higher. My experience from Amazon to me was sub-par. But it took Skytech to bring it to a top notch system. I can tell Skytech did a bang-up job with the system and sent it off to Amazon. Some time after that and when the system first appeared as a brown single box on my driveway is where things took a turn – but Skytech went over and above to get a working system as described onto my desktop. The process with Skytech was somewhat expedited as we could skip over the whole live troubleshooting part since I have multiple systems and spare parts at my disposal and had already spent a few hours narrowing down the exact problem. This was the first system I ever owned a system with ATX 5.0 600W line straight from the PS. The CSR was very knowledgeable (this should be expected, but it’s actually quite rare IME) and we were able to tech talk our way to establish it was indeed the GPU that was DOA since I tried 5 various other GPUs in the system (2 which used the 600V connector) and also the DOA GPU would not post in 4 other systems. I was actually surprised (although I shouldn’t have been) that the CSR knew exactly which power connectors are present on all the 5 different GPUs I tried (some had single 6+2, some had double 6+2, and two had the same 600V direct ATX 5.0 line as the DOA GPU).The parts used in the prebuild are actually similar to what I would have put together for around the same price point. Motherboard is an ASUS Prime B650 A AX II. AIO is an aRGB “Cooler One” 360 mm top mounted one with fans exhausting through the radiator out the top, the sticker on the back revealed my system was built 6-months before it landed on my desk and the RAM was moderately speedy for that time, the original GPU was an ASUS TUF non-Super that Skytech replaced with a Gigabyte SUPER. SSD is a Kingston . Case is a Montech Sky Two – which is a step up from other Montech cases I’ve used (Sky Two comes with 4 aRGB fans with hub controllable by case button or 3-pin UEFI connection), other Montech cases I’ve used had Molex and were RGB not aRGB) This is the first build with aRGB that I have ever had that has side blowing reverse intake fans rather than on the front. It is also the first case I’ve ever had that included reverse blowing fans. I’m going to have to order some more reverse fans for my other builds just for the aesthetic level-up they offer. The Skytech brand did not appear anywhere except on the paper label on the back with the model # and serial #. The Montech metal brand plate was still on the inside. As far as expanding this system, there is the extra expense of purchasing additional modular PS cables since the unused ones weren’t included in the system.Overall, impressed with Skytech, but somewhat discouraged from ordering a system of this magnitude from Amazon. I saw a second identical system go up on Amazon with the same condition descriptor and passed on it – whereas it would normally would be something I jump on – which is what I did when I saw the first one. I previously ordered a similarly physical sized system from Amazon (but it was a few years before and mid-tier) plus 2 HP prebuilds. All those arrived fine double boxed with accessories, keyboard, mouse, and manuals. This one was a fluke and took some extra effort to get right. If I wasn’t so technically inclined, I probably would have taken Amazon up on its refund offer.

    Excellent shipping
Someone mentioned they don’t deliver in conspicuous package.Mine came tripled boxed1st box warehouse protection2nd box pc case with foam stuffed on the sides top and bottom3rd case the actual pc box with even more protectionIt just worked out the box plug and playEveryone complains about noise levels this pc isn’t loud if you have a fridge the ice machine is louder.Heat isn’t an issue and I live in Los Angeles excellent airflowBuild quality is good but the backplate has some give not an issue doesn’t lower performance doesn’t hit the fans just for a $3000 USD pc I would have liked to have it looked flushed rather than tiny bit it’s bulgingOver all I would 100% recommend this pc
