    Great gaming PC
I’ve had this new system for a couple of weeks now and I’m very happy with it. My system came with the Ryzen 9, 64 GB RAM, and the 4080 Super. It can run all titles at the highest graphics settings. Runs Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 & 2024 at ultra settings with FPS around 90+. It is very, very, quiet. Unless you’re trying to hear it, you don’t even hear it running. The system has no bloatware that you need to uninstall. I was also pleasantly surprise the motherboard was an Asus Prime X670-P WIFI. I was expecting to see them cut corners on the mobo, but Asus makes great gaming PC motherboards that are fully configurable for overclocking if you’re into that sort of thing. As fast as this is and as much memory as it has, I shouldn’t need to upgrade again for a long time. I had a 2070 Super on my old system and this is quite an improvement.I did run into a couple of issues that I was able to resolve. Initially it took forever to boot this up. It would take a full minute (which is forever if impatient) just to get the BIOS to post and give you the option to enter BIOS. In the BIOS section for AI Tweaking there is a DIMM memory setting called “Memory Context Restore” which was set to AUTO. That needs to be changed to ENABLED. That will also automatically enable “Power Down Enable”. The system was evidently validating and testing the memory each time before posting to BIOS. This setting allows the system to use it’s last known memory settings eliminating the testing and validating on each bootup. Before from a cold start, it would take over a minute before I could log in. Now it takes about 12 seconds.Another issue I had was with the case. The case is a full tower case made by Antec. There’s a LED screen on top that you can show your CPU and GPU temperatures. When I received the PC, that screen didn’t work. I went to the Antec site and downloaded the latest copy of “iUnity” and that installed the drivers for the display. The last issue I had was with the audio. I have surround sound speakers and all that was showing up in sound setting was stereo. I went to the Asus website and downloaded the audio drivers for the motherboard and that gave me the options for surround sound. The last issue that I had that I give up on are the front and rear fans. There are 4 RGB fans, 3 on the front and one in the back. Those lighting on the fans is not recognized by any software I’ve tried so far. I can adjust RGB settings on the memory, on the fans of the AIO CPU cooler. The fans look fine, run fine, but I just can’t adjust the RGB colors and I can’t disable the LED’s to turn the lights off. They serve their purpose of moving air through the huge full tower case.So long story short, other than the lack of configurable lighting for the front fans, this is a fantastic PC that will run anything you throw at it. It will continue to do so for probably 5+ years. I didn’t want to have to build my own PC, but after a lot of research (read up on faulty 14th gen intel i9 processors) I went with AMD. This PC has a great case, great motherboard for overclocking, more memory than you’ll likely ever need, a 1000 watt power supply, and a 2 GB SSD. This system will get the job done for several years.

    Great high end gaming PC
This is my 2nd prebuilt from SkyTech and they’ve hit it outta the park again. Runs everything at ultra settings and 1440p without a hiccup, and at high FPS. Anything I’ve thrown at this PC just gets torn up from Helldivers 2, to Forza MotorSport and other graphically intense games, You can run practically every game out to date at 1440p and native resolution without any FSR or other upscaling because this setup has the power to do so, keeping all integrity of the image, this setup is hard to beat for the price.

    Dead on arrival
Computer appears to turn on — lights go on, the fan goes on, etc. But it absolutely will not deliver any output whatsoever to the monitor. I tried three different (working!) monitors, all the different monitor outputs (on both the graphics card and the motherboard), with various cords, both hdmi and displayport. Nada. This simply does not work.

    Great PC …On sale
June 2024 update. Everything works fine. Biggest complaint is the case/component LED resets to a purple strobe every time the computer is turned on so I have to hit the LED button to make it a static color. Annoying but it’s better than the software that was installed and didn’t work except changing my headset color that it wasn’t supposed to change. Also why there is a reset PC button is on the top of the case next to the LED is beyond my understanding. I accidentally reboot my computer so much trying to swap LED colors.Good: Very quiet even when gaming. Worked fine right out of the box. Good packing for transport. Branded components (my last skytech pc 4 years ago had some no name cheap stuff.) Clean build, no mess of wires hanging around. Great choice of case, features are nice. Removable front panel for super airflow. no bloatware except RGB controllers. Decent mouse and keyboard included. Really nice pop up dust filter for intake on the front of the PC.BAD: costs too much at retail price. Even at my sale price of $1400 a 4070 is a bit low end for the price point. “made in china smell” for a the first day or so. They did not remove any little plastic peels from the components. Was not expecting this at all. That seriously should have been done during the build. RGB controller program was complicated and changed my Razer headset without my permission….Uninstalled lol. Mouse and keyboard are the same model from 3 years ago with my old PC. Unstable space bar, mushy but still mechanical keys and GOD AWFUL side buttons on the mouse. Really thin, cheap dust filters on top and bottom of PC. They did not include extra SATA cables like my old PC included. I think there should have been at least 32gb of ram for this price. Even though that is overkill unless you are a content creator/artist but still it would be nice to have that room. They put the boot drive as an M.2. I personally would want it on an SSD then use the M.2 to game off of decreasing load/download times.Overall this is a spectacular first gaming PC if you are looking for something future resistant. You shouldn’t need to upgrade components for several years. I do recommend this ONLY if you are doing well financially, you catch this PC on sale and dont want to build your own. It is much cheaper to build your own PC and you can get better components on that same budget to have more “bang for your buck.” For me, my old skytech PC worked ok enough to warrant me sticking with them for my new PC purchase.WARNING: I absolutely need to add that their customer service is good and god awful. Agents were friendly but that’s the end of the good. My old PC completely died 6 days after the warranty ended and I had to work with customer service to get it accepted as a repair return. It was a genuine nightmare getting through troubleshooting, shipping it and getting it back. Took over 2 months to finally get my PC back and I had to take a day off work to sign for it. They tried to say it was lost at one point and I had to threaten legal action. So I will see how this runs. Its been 4 years so I am hoping this better PC is a reflection of positive internal changes in the company.

As someone who has lived with store bought PCs and laptops his whole life, this thing is so beyond what I was ever used to in regards to gaming. This Computer can run Iracing as smoothly as possible, and Skyrims load times are so short you can’t even read the info bars. And the lights are pretty which is a fun bonus

Last time I had issues with the pc i emailed the builder and he helped my trouble shoot my pc and figured it was a ram piece and i replaced it and I gotta say the 8gbs of ram sucked for a while before i upgraded it to a 32gb of ram and had a noticeable improvement for all my games funny enough that hearts of iron 4 was making my cpu have a high performance rate and it crashed my game lol but I will say every game I got either run at 50% graphics to performance and the easiest game it’ll run would be my war thunder making it so pretty looking every game I had so far is great the frames are great and the cool temperature along with a long time of gaming on it barely did anything to the temp
