A Great buy and looks easy to upgrade, Highly Recommend
(9 months later update later in review and is indicated)-before I say anything a big thing for me is dose this support WiFi, and yes, it dose. it includes a modern antenna that you connect to the motherboard, so you do not have to have it next to your router-As someone looking to buy a PC with little to no previous experience it can be scary, I know so first I’m going to start by saying it isn’t scary at all, with a 30 day return policy and awesome customer support there is no risk and I this is a great option for entry level PC gamers and gamers looking to upgrade from there old rig. with enough power to run modern games on ultra 1080p 60 fps or higher. I personally haven’t used VR on it but based on how it handles standard mouse and keyboard games. I’m able to get max settings on fortnite at any-ware from 100-120fps most likely more than your monitors refresh rate can utilize. I run BO3 at max settings 60+ fps (probably can handle much more just haven’t tried) although I haven’t really looked into the performance of the following games I’ve played on it: Rainbow Six Siege, Mincecraft, And CSGO they run as expected- very smooth with no noticeable dip in performance. As far as setup goes its as simple as plugging the display cable into your graphics card and monitor, plunging it in, and boom, your welcomed by windows 10 and ready to start gaming. the included keyboard has beautiful RGB lights (as you can see in the picture included in this review) and the mouse, honestly haven’t used it at all and cannot recommend that because I just hate wired mouses so I bought my own and it arrived at the same time. for upgrades, I havent really messed with it myself, but there is potential and I’m waiting on this SSD I’m watching to go on sale, in the second photo provided there would normally be a black metal wall there but you can remove it with twist-able pins on the back (if you can twist them because there too tight, you can also use a screw driver) you will also need a SATA data cable to connect to the mother board on the other side of the case were the glass window is, and unless you want to rearrange all the cables, get a SATA power extension cable because the second cable is in a weird spot. it should be noted that there is no second tray for extra SSD but its all digital- no moving parts, so the only concern would be heat but they really don’t generate all that much. as for ram, the only other thing I would really recommend upgrading unless your really hard core, should be an easy install to, because there is a second slot for it. when I opened the Bios it actually picked up my ram stick as DDR4 2600MHz, but the amazon listing said it was DDR4 3000MHz, I’m not sure if this matters but I’m just putting it out there in case you wanted to upgrade the ram, I would check the bios yourself (do this by spamming the “Del” key when you reboot your PC)In conclusion, this is the best cost to value PC I could find and I would highly recommend to any one looking to buy a gaming PC or someone trying to find a affordable PC to buy as a gift that can handle all the latest games with ease-Update approximately 9 months later-My knowledge on computers has exponentially increased since I wrote this review some time November 2019 I feel obligated to update this review now as more of a experienced pc user compared to then especially. I purchased this pc for $660 At the time it has since rose in cost (as I somewhat expected the price was insanely good at that time) maybe this price will drop back down sometime I couldn’t tell you that. But I will address some things that have become prevalent after I wrote this review. Unfortunately there is a tiny bit of cpu bottlenecking, when I am running high impact games such as modern warfare, Minecraft shaders, ext. I’ve had a few issues of crashing but honestly nothing too concerning usually I’m doing something stupid that will force it to crash I’ve since expanded my storage (and here comes my main issue aside from the price increase) expanding storage is jank. No other way to put it than that. Unless you are installing an ssd, putting another hdd (or in my case 2) is jank. Plain and simple. Storage upgrades are going to be a must with only about 375 usable gigs out of the box. I salvaged an old 600gb hdd from a externally old pc sitting in my basement and set it up. The issue is there is no where to put the hdd, to I set it up on top of the little spot where the ssd is located in-front of the front fans, everything fit ok, and it was manageable. But I simply needed more space. I opted to buy a 8tb Seagate hdd. Installed it sitting on top of the other hdd this time it didn’t for so well and had to awkwardly jam it in. The build functions fine but now looks very ugly so if you are planning on putting in more than one drive I would definitely reconsider, but this shouldn’t be a big deal for most people and it’s my fault for wanting almost 10tb if drive space. In conclusion this is still a good buy for someone looking into a starter gaming pc, and a good buy for someone who is sick of paying for ps plus or Xbox live and wants an upgradable build with more multitasking capability’s. I don’t know if this is mentioned somewhere else but I also added another stick of ddr4 2600 ram and it works great I would buy this build at 700 or less, otherwise I would look into going custom or next gen consoles

Excellent Quality and Fantastic Value. Do not hesitate.
Allow me to start by saying that I am in IT and I built my first computer in the 90s. Now that I have sufficiently dated myself, I can say without reservation that Skytech exceeded my expectations with this product. This purchase was to upgrade/replace a gaming computer for my son. I was looking for an upper-midrange computer that could run almost any game well and would not break the bank. Being a DELL guy (say what you want, the value per dollar, convenience and support cannot be surpassed with them), I had settled on one of the new G5 gaming computers they rolled out not too long ago. i5, 8GB RAM, SSD boot drive/1TB HD dual drive config, 1660 Ti. All for $750. I could not find a better deal for those components.Alas, they could not ship the system until January, and I wanted the computer before Christmas. Extensive searching for something comparable (that could be shipped quickly) at the same price point eventually led me to the Skytech. I had to forgo the Intel for an AMD processor, settle for a 500GB SSD single drive, and I had to downgrade the 1660 Ti to a regular 1660. But the price was the same, and I could get it in two days. I decided to purchase and hoped for the best as I had never dealt with Skytech. Other reviews here at Amazon were favorable and helped my decision. The unit arrived extremely well packaged and protected. Setup was simple and initial login and configuration went without a hitch. (The included instructions were very good. I personally did not need them, but for somebody who is not as comfortable around computers as I am, they were excellent.)The included keyboard and mouse are a step up from what is usually packaged with computers. Much better than what ships with DELL systems by default. There was no reason to replace them, and the keyboard continues the gamer aesthetic by being LED lit. Nice touch.I was happy to see that the computer did not have ANY bloatware or unnecessary programs installed. As a matter of fact, the only things I needed to clean up and uninstall were some of the default programs that ship with Windows 10 that were unnecessary in a gaming computer.Once setup was complete, I shut down the computer and cracked it open to see how Skytech assembles their computers. The case for the computer is quite nice and has a good build quality. The included ports and jacks are all conveniently placed. The routing of cables and the configuration of the components in the case is superb, allowing for excellent airflow and looking very tidy. Nothing to complain about.Indeed, while I had the computer opened, I noticed that the Graphics card was actually a 1660 Ti instead of the regular 1660. I have to assume that they did not have any 1660 systems prebuilt and sent me the step-up system to make sure the two-day shipping was honored. Nobody is going to complain about a free upgrade, and I certainly thank Skytech for thinking about the customer before their bottom line. It is a small thing, but that kind of gesture/company decision goes a long way towards my purchasing computers in the future from them again. It has been about a week since the system began to be used by my son, and there have been zero issues or complaints about performance. The system runs great, stays cool, is quiet and looks fantastic. Although I thought I was going to be taking a small step down compared to the Dell in order to get the computer in time, I can say that I am 100% satisfied with this system, and so is my son.(I have added a few pictures of the system, with and without flash so you can see it sitting under his desk)I will do business with Skytech again in the future. Guaranteed.
