Refurbished don’t mean squat.
I was on the fence but with the price of this toy it’s ridiculous. I can say with relief that everything came with that was intended & product works as hoped. The headset itself is a must have if you’re into or considering VR. Thank you for not giving me trouble with this purchase. FYI my controllers arrived dead but that’s what charging is for

Advertising as NEW SYSTEM DEFECTIVE. OVERHEATING AND POWERS OFF
This was a Christmas present for 8yo grandson who was so excited when he opened it Christmas morning. We charged system as directed, red indicator light began to flash and power system off. Did this multiple times.tried various tvs and all troubleshooting recommended. Nothing worked. 2 hrs later he was crying,we were all frustrated, finding it hard to believe seller didnât know about this issue when it was shipped. It never worked. He still has no Christmas present. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. HAD MY MONEY FOR A MONTH GRANDSON WONT HAVE VR UNTIL FEBRUARY SO UNFAIR.EPIC FAIR

All items and the device received in great looking condition except for which was expected, the original box was a bit beaten, but no complaints there.Initial opereation or the VR joysticks was a bit unnerving because all buttons worked but some buttons wouldnt work with certain games. Found the easy fix was to unpair them reset them with a small pin and repair them with the PS5. After which everything worked better and as expected.One other small thing which was quickly fixed with a microfiber lens cloth was the lenses were obviously touched by hands somewhere along the line and had smears of fingerprint or something oily on them. Wiped away fairly easy and no other issues found.Looking for the best game to go with the VR2? Check out No Mans Sky its literally mindblowing on tv but even better in VR.

Does not work and no reply from seller
The controllers buttons do not work. The motion sensor in the controllers do. When starting a game it says connect be headset. When I have it on. Very disappointing experience. Even more so that I canât get a message back from the seller. I ended up returning this item to Amazon since the seller never contacted me and bought a new one.

I came into this with high expectations, considering it’s one of the best VR headsets available right now, especially because of the price. Not gonna lie, I was a little let down at first. Wanted a bit more clarity through the lenses, my left controller’s L2 button was randomly spazzing out in-game for some reason, so I did a complete reset using the small hole at the side of the controller and that seems to have fixed it. Once you get the IPD and sweet spot perfect, for me, it’s an 8.6/10 VR experience.

I just got it out of the box and the right controller canât click anything in game but works fine on the menu Iâve tried resetting it and reconnecting any tips?

El botón L3 del control VR2 sense vino defectuoso y tuve q devolver todo el equipo el 2do dÃa de uso. La realidad es que creo que estos controles son muy delicados, o tal vez están mal diseñados⦠que mal por Sony que no considero mejores materiales para este control. El reembolso de mi dinero ha sido extremadamente lento por parte de la tienda de Amazon. Actualización: 15 dÃas esperando mi reembolso y nada que Amazon me devuelve mi dinero.
