Great product for the price
Ordered this for my daughter 21st birthday. PC arrived and didn’t work. Had a professional come out to hook it up and he said post was defective. So got refunded and re-ordered PC. Her new PC works beautifully. If you order this product, make sure you get the product protection plan with it. Just in case it messes up out of the Amazon refund window of 30 days!

Service is dreadful
I purchased two of these, and four of the seven internal fans broke on one. Trying to get support on this item was dreadful, and STG dragged the process out for two weeks until it was not possible to get a refund. Thank God for Amazon, who stepped in and made things right. I will never purchase another product from them. Sometimes things go wrong, no big deal, in this case, it was how they handled the support for the damaged product. Buyer beware.

Itâs very nice looking but malfunctions
I love the fast delivery and its beautiful display but it didnât work fully. My 9 year old was so happy to receive this as a birthday gift! Initial set up is easy but the next day went to use it and all the accessories stopped working. Plugged them into another device and they worked so it had to be the modem. It was very sad to see my son so disappointed when I couldnât get It to work. Also glad it happen sooner than later. Itâs been 24hours still no response from seller. Letâs keep our fingers cross they offer to send another one and it actually works. So if youâre looking to purchase hold off until I update this review! Update!! July 13! Guys they sent a replacement after communicating with the seller directly for 3 days and returning the other unit. Set up is simple and easy. itâs working great for my 9 year old. I was able to get Fortnite downloaded and heâs playing his lil heart out. Thanks

Nice PC and Great Customer Support
I bought this for my son for his first computer and sadly it did not work when it arrived. I contacted the company and their tech support helped me trouble shoot one issue over the phone but it still did not work properly so they initiated a warranty claim for me and completely replaced the computer. I had a new one that worked perfectly within just a few days of starting the claim. I’m highly satisfied with their customer service. As far as the computer itself, we are very happy with it. My son uses it for gaming but is not into any heavy duty games yet so I’m not sure how it would perform in those circumstances but it is perfect for his current needs.

I bought this for my son for his birthday and it crashed within 1 month of him just playing Minecraft, i already replaced the hard drive an extra $100 and had to send it back for repairs again!!! I cant even return because seller doesnt allow after 30 days…

Wouldn’t connect to monitor
We keep having to turn off and on the computer and it would not connect to the monitor. The monitor has another HMI connected to it and that works fine on both HMI but the computer doesn’t. We have call a few time to the support line and all we get told to do is press f10. Not recommended.
