Pretty good so far
The reviews for this were pretty mixed so I was worried, happy to say Iâm having a wonderful time with it so far. It runs well, is very fast, and the keyboard + mouse are very nice to use. So far Iâve played The Sims 4 on ultra high graphics and was surprised by the lack of lag. Barely any wait time between loading screens, and the 1T storage really helped because I download a lot of Cc lol.It did come with some minor scratches/chipping on the top but nothing too major. Also came with a wifi dongle, nice touch. Overall would recommend for a starter pc. Will update if i experience any problems.

Almost Perfect
After having it for a few days and using it for a couple of hours each night Im ready to leave a review. Its almost perfect. The lights are amazing! I love turning on the lights, they are stunning. The keyboard is great and the mouse is perfect (I love how the mouse changes colors too). The computer is very fast, which is what I was hoping for. It came with a wifi adapter (which I didnt care about to be honest but its a nice bonus). The big drawback is the graphics card. I didnt realize they used a legacy graphics card thats no longer receives updates. I kept trying to download driver updates but they would fail and I finally figured out its because they used a legacy card that stopped receiving updates in 2019. The cards are still being sold brand new everywhere (I could find them even) but no updates according to nvidias website. I dont like that. I dont like not being able to update the graphics card driver. I do notice little odd things about the graphics in my favorite game that I feel like an update would fix but I cant update it so I will never know. They arent in the main game by the way, just in the little ui displays in the game so its not like super disruptive to gameplay (just minor annoyances) but it would still be nice to be able to update the graphics card driver and see if it gets rid of it. But yeah almost perfect: pretty lights, nice keyboard, wonderful mouse, very fast!

Out dated pc not fixable
We received the tower end of September. We had it for 3 weeks. My husband logged onto the computer and then it just went to the death of the blue screen. We called the tech number on the tower. They said we could take it somewhere and have them back up our files and then they could fix it. He also said this ALWAYS happens to these and is a known issue.Canât upgrade to windows 11, all the components are used, and if they last 90 days youâll be lucky. Better to spend the little extra to buy a brand name pc. We would NOT recommend this pc to anyone.

Great gaming computer
Works really good. I bought this gaming computer for my kids (ages 13 and 15) and no complaints. We had a small tech issue but tech support was super helpful and helped get it fixed quickly; they were a little thick on the accent- of which i only bring up because it made hard to understand considering im kinda cluless when it comes to computers but other than that no complains at all.

Purchased this computer for my daughter, it worked for a couple of days then Dead.It would shut itself off during boot up. The company tech help really did try to help but told us to send it back for a replacement that they would immediately send out after proof of return, just call and let them know we sent it and they will send the replacement. We send it back and call them only to be told they are out of stock even though they assured us they would have one ready to go for replacement. After spending 2 hours!! With there person on the phone being told they don’t have any more they “found” one and will have it sent out to me. I will continue this review when the new one gets here. Good computer when it works though!

Be wary of what you’re buying
Thought pretty, it’s barely more powerful than a standard console. No built in wifi and the included adapter drops a lot; so if you’re looking for a gaming pc for online play, if suggest choosing a different item. It is good for digital storage though and the chassis may make for a decent case if you’re looking to build anything custom.
