Great learning tool, thought it would be brighter
Purchased two of these as Christmas gifts for toddlers. Right out of the box the product works with no issues or set up. Visually it is a fun product with a bright frame. You do need to tie the “pen” to the actual writing tablet to prevent them from getting separated. It mimics regular writing materials in that you can only write with one side of the “pen” although I could see it being made so either side is viable as a writing instrument. The actual writing only comes out in “one color”, meaning it does not allow the user to change shades or color, I believe the color is based on the board itself. Based on the pictures, I did think the doodles or writing on the board would be very bright, but it was not quite as bright as I had anticipated, but still very usable. I think this is a fun, easy to use educational or doodle style board and is a great tool for the price.I think the product would be even better if they had two different types of tips on the ends of the “pen”, increasing versatility. Also, allowing the user to change shades and brighten or darken the the overall color might make the doodling and use of the board even more fun and immersive.

This is a great purchase and great price ! I got this for my daughter for her birthday, she loves it. It gives her a fun way to practice her writing and spelling. The tablet works great and I love that it has the piece to attach the pen to the tablet so it doesn’t get lost.

I bought my daughter (22 months) one of these as she is currently really into drawing and OMG sheâs obsessed! These things are awesome, super easy for the kids to use, easy to take in the car/travel with, and keep her entertained for hours! I had to immediately order my son (3.5) one as well to prevent them from fighting over sharing a doodleboardâ¦so now we actually have 3 doodle boards as I also bought one for daycare. Description is exactly how the item arrived and actually better than I anticipated. Just buy it, you and your kid wonât be disappointed!

Three of my grandchildren (ages 2 to 6) enjoy the writing tablet. From making to do lists, to designs (to later commit to paper), to fanciful meanderings, to learning to draw and to geometric and mathematical renderings they find the tablet practical and functional. Their joy in drawing, reflecting and then editing is clearly evident. The tablet is a much healthier alternative to screen time! Thus far the tablet has been resilient to falls and impervious to the curiosity of a one year old. Would recommend this product to any family wanting to engage the curiosity of their child.
