Beautiful fit for AM5 sockets. No worry about spillage from thermal paste. More than worth the $10 I paid for it and it was super easy to install. Definitely recommend if youâre installing the Liquid Freezer III AIO as it will prevent damage to your motherboard.

Itâs looks cool and feels cool to install
Easy to install. For just a few bucks this is made to replace the factory cpu bracket with a more secure alternative. Does it improve temps? Eh not really maybe about a degree. Iâve seen test bench results. And literally make no difference for amd cpu becasue they are generally still square. There was a few degree difference for intel cpu so maybe you can get it for that but the temp difference is still small.Overall: it just feels cool to install.

A Worthy Addition
I just build a new gaming PC and this frame was a worthy addition to my build. Not only does it aesthetically look better, but holders the CPU snugly in place and helps drop about 1-2 degrees of CPU temp.! Zero negatives and for only $15, just get it. Trust me!

Not sure about benefit, but it looks great and protects CPU socket.
I used this on a recent AMD build, and not sure it adds benefit to the AMD socket as far as deflection goes, but I think it holds the CPU in place better, and I did not have to worry about thermal compound on the surrounding electronics. Very easy to install, and it looks great. Very solid.

Is it really necessary for an am5 cpu? No, not at all. Does it improve performance/thermals? Marginally, if at all. But it looks cool, and it keeps thermal paste from getting into the grooves of the ihs. All necessary screws included.
