packaging and setup
I got this for my son for school / gaming. it was so well prepared with all kinds of foam and strong cardboard in and out of the case / box and came with everything the description had said. Even though its not the most recent computer hardware its super fast and smooth. the case has tons of space for future upgrading. the only thing i can gripe about is it doesn’t have the top case fans but I’m fairly confident in the beast of a CPU cooler and other fans to keep temps regulated. Over all I’m extremely satisfied with this product from Thermal Take and will definitely consider purchasing more of their products.

Wonât power on at all
I purchased this for my son to play gamesâ¦.Unfortunately it didnât come with any instructions about anything. There is no information anywhere online and has become a major pain. At this point Iâm wanting to give 1 star but I havenât been able to get it to power on. If I do get the computer to power on and function properly I wonât keep it a 1 star. Itâs very frustrating no information anywhere online or with the computer. Will not turn on (AT ALL)
