My 2013 iMac is running like a CHAMP!
I repurposed a 2013 iMac. I installed Zorin Linux and it was working really well, but I needed to do some virtualization and the 16Gb of RAM just wasn’t quite enough. So I grabbed this 32Gb upgrade kit and I can definitely tell a positive difference in performance.Easy to install and the RAM has been running for a couple of months now with absolutely no issues. There is not much to say. The memory looks well made. I pulled out the two old 4 GB sticks and put in the 4 new ones and it booted just fine. It runs much faster and the memory is very well priced.

Decent quality ram, though I was a bit skeptical at first
They are fast and reliable, they are a good upgrade to make on an older iMac or laptop, I have had no stability issues so far, they are not ECC ram, so they lack error correction but you really donât need ECC in most cases, they came well packaged and arrived in working condition.

Ayant un MacBook Pro 15″ de Mid 2012 qui commençait à être très lent aussi bien au démarrage, la bureautique et sur le net.Ne pouvant pas me payer un Mac dernière génération, j’ai donc chercher des solutions pour booster mon vieux pépère !! Sans parler des logiciels de nettoyage et gestion comme Ccleaner ou Onyx …….J’ai trouver une personne qui a booster un MacBook Pro identique au mien.J’ai décidé donc d’investir un minimum pour retrouver un mac comme neuf …… enfin presque.Il faut donc augmenter la Ram et remplacer le disque dur de série et mettre un SSD à la place et apparement ça redonne vie à votre mac fatigué !J’ai donc commandé 2 barrettes de 8Go pour le mettre au maximum de 16Go (Pour info on peut mettre un maximum de 8Go par slot, comme il y a 2 slot ça fait 2×8=16Go).A peine reçu déjà remplacer, montage sans aucuns problèmes, les barrettes sont conformes !Après installation, démarrage de mon mac et déjà là je vois une différence sur la vitesse de démarrage, c’est pas non plus le jour et la nuit mais ça va un peu plus vite !!Je vérifie la mémoire qui est très bien reconnue comme 2X8Go pour total de 16Go de Ram …. ExcellentTrès bien emballer et semble de très bonne qualité….. A voir dans le tempsJe suis très satisfait du résultat qui me donne déjà une ordi plus rapide au démarrage et en utilisation quotidienne.Voilà maintenant j’ai passé commande pour le SSD 870 EVO de 250Go et je vais pouvoir remplacer mon DD et là je pense retrouver mon MacBook en pleine forme.J’espère vous avoir aider 😉 Je mettrais l’évolution final de mon ordi dans mon futur commentaire sur le SSD.
