Fast, powerful, not too expensive
I just wanted a basic smartphone to replace my old J7 Crown. This phone is a bit better than basic and I don’t use most of the new features, but it’s nice to have them available. It has very good battery life – I only need to charge it every 2-3 days. Note that it only comes with a USB-C to USB-C cable; you will need the right kind of adapter or a different cable to get started. Transferring data and settings from my old Samsung phone was time-consuming but not difficult.

I like this phone because of the weight and the battery life and the features quality performance and the value for money. And it was very easy to setup through tracfone and the features are very good on this phone.

No charging block.
I like the phone . Works well. Nice price. The reason I gave it three stars is because it only came with a USB charging cable with no charging block. The USB cable is useless unless you have something to plug it into to charge your phone. Other than that the phone works great.

Middle of call the other person suddenly cannot hear me!
2 star bc the caller frequently cannot hear me half way through conversation though I can hear the other person. Other person I hear saying “Are you there”? I need a reliable phone for calling. Drops calls as well. I have addressed this w Tracfone 4xs now with no help. Other than the calling issues it’s a nice phone but I wouldn’t purchase again . According to the Samsung Community other people have same issue with Samsung cellphones. I am now past the return window and stuck with this.
