No instruction manual with product
Nice size flip phone but it arrived in the mail as just a phone without an instruction manual that would tell the user how to use its features. I don’t know how to work it!

Like the bigger screen. It doesn’t have speaker function which I find surprising.
Bigger screen but no speaker function.

Phone tied to a differnt state than where I live
When I activated this phone and put in the PIN from a minutes card, it seemed to activate. I tried making a call and got nothing. No dial tone, no ringing, nothing. When I tried to enter my 911 emergency address, it added, “,Alabama” to the end of my address. I’m in Georgia. I tried a neighbor’s address. It added Alabama to it. I entered “E911.” It showed, “E911, Alabama.” I didn’t write anything in the screen and hit enter. It showed, “,Alabama.” I called Tracfone tech support. I went through 3 levels of tech support over 1 hour and 15 minutes. No one could fix my phone. Finally the management level of tech support told me somehow the phone was programmed to work only in Alabama. She said she did not know how it was programmed for a single state, and had no idea how to change that. And it would never work in Georgia, nor call 911 in Georgia. Turned it in as defective and got my money refunded for the phone only. The minutes card I bought is forever programmed into this defective phone, so I can’t use it with another new phone. So stuck with the cost of the minutes card and the 911 fee added to the purchase of the phone.
