Fantastic Pictures and Quality
The pictures are FANTASTIC. I love these cards. The quality is great and the set also comes with extra blank cards.I bought clear plastic card covers for each card. I trimmed the rhyming cards and put them each in a clear plastic cover. They are now going to last me for years and many different activities. I will say it again- I love the pictures on these cards and the card material is rather thick.

Nice quality cards and pictures with words on the back
Nice quality cards and pictures with words on the back. I like the fact that most cards demonstrate the commonly spelled ending (-at, -oat, -own). A few do have sound-alike, but not spelled-alike endings (soap/rope, key/tree, chair/bear, fly/pie).Most children will call the pail a bucket, so it may increase vocabulary. Players will need to distinguish a duck from a goose, and the plate is called a dish. Names of pictures are quickly learned after a few times playing the game..

Flimsy but good. I ordered these for my daughter to work on rhyming who just started preschool; being able to rhyme is a key indicator for early literacy success (phonemic awareness). I was pleased at the number of rhyming pairs and the pairs included went beyond the basic cat/hat. The cards are only made of thin cardboard (almost like cardstock) so I would recommend laminating the cards so that they last longer. Overall we are happy with this purchase!

Good for early readers
I am a teacher and I have used it to help my students with sounds and repetition. Also, good for little children at home as early as age three.
