Quiet, Fast, and Small — And So Far Sound
First. I read all the one star reviews. I am in technology so I know that give a piece of electronics to a carrier and a number of things can happen on its way to Florida from China. Second. Most electronics, if they are going to fail, will fail in the first 90 days. This is due to a number of reasons, most dealing with shipping. Failures can happen if quality control does not catch loose items, loose parts or dirt that can have a devastating effect on IC boards. Third. This device had a number of complaints, but some I liken to trying to please all the people all the time. All this said, this little box is a great machine for me. It’s clock speed, graphics specs, ports, SDD HD (which I augment with a 4 TB Seagate HD), and processor make it a sound investment. I read about the problems with customer service — but all that said — I bought the 3 year extended warrantee for 40 dollars. Call it peace of mind. and a second organization in my corner if I have to do battle with Trigkey or Amazon for a replacement.

A revelation
Fast, quiet, tiny, decent number of ports, extra SATA drive bay, 4K output, fast WiFi and Ethernet, and sturdy build quality. It seems to run slightly hot (~70°) but apparently this is normal for this CPU. I don’t play games so no feedback on that. Very surprising that something like this (desktop performance in a small case) is available at such affordable prices. I now have two of these Trigkey units and couldn’t be more pleased.

I purchased this with high hopes of using it for a fast and quiet PC. This would mainly be used for work (emails, word processing, and browsing) but while searching for a mini pc among many for sale I was amazed with this one being advertised as a gamer. I purchased it and upon using it for a few days I couldn’t get over the fan noise.I contacted support a few times and they were very eager to offer solutions (within 24hrs or so). But everything I tried to reduced the fan noise caused the mini pc to heat up. I ended up switching the bios settings back to default and that’s when I found another problem.The video card is using between 4-5GB of the 16GB of installed DDR5 memory. Leaving 11.8GB (If I remember correctly). And no way to completely disable this completely. I believe this would be avoided if it were sold with 32GB.l, but I had problems running games due to low memory.I ended up returning it for a full refund and searched around for a replacement, but to be honest I was a bit gunshy to buy another one. I ended up buying a few Intel NUC extremes with Intel i7-8700k CPUs with a dedicated Radeon Card. These NUCs have 32GB Ram and can run anything I throw at them including turning one into a Media Server running Plex & Emby simultaneously. The 2nd one is Promox which is a virtual server running multiple Linux and Windows virtual machines.I wouldn’t suggest this mini PC unless fan noise doesn’t bother you. But remember if it’s noisy and it’s brand new in a year it will be even louder

It has the GPU capabilities of RTX 1650 / GeForce 2050 / AMD 570 and then some, and the CPU capabilities of a cpus that were flagships 7 years ago.Coming it at about half the performance of a 7950x, this price tag blows my mind.These guys deserve your purchase. I know I will regret saying this because the price tag will skyrocket and I want more of them. I use this as my daily PC for work.I find this more than adequate for my needs. the 32GB of RAM is overkill for my usage which involves mostly spreadsheets and Outlook and browsing and some propriety softwareInitially there was a problem with the wifi and and it kept getting cut off, after running driver updates. it got sorted out and it not faced any glitches every since .however I have hard wired the PC to the router for even better stability.the FAN noise is not intrusive and it does kick in occasionally at heavy loads but it has never been a botherthere is a slot internally for attaching a 2.5 inch SSD. however since it practically blocks the fan . I decided to use an external SSD for backupI did wish though it has another M2 slot to add a 2280 NVME instead of a 2.5I have been using it for almost 2 months now everyday and its on for 8 – 12 hours per day and it has been rock solid.I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a mini pc for Home office or for School work.I have hardly used my Laptop ever since I started using this and will only use it when i travel or for business meetings .

5800H/16GB/500GB – For just over £300 I am really impressed with this little system! It comes with Windows 11 Home Pre-loaded, includes WIFI 5GHZ and Bluetooth 5.0, and the NVME storage drive isn’t some crappy nonbranded SSD, it’s a genuine Crucial P3 Plus Gen 4.0 SSD! Don’t get this confused with a thin client machine as it’s not! It’s packing a full “fat” 8 core, 16 thread Ryzen 7 desktop CPU cleverly bundled into a super small box, it’s hand-sized! I can edit my 1080p and 4k videos on this system with ease, watch films, browse the web, even play some basic games. (Although this machine is NOT for gaming). It boots in seconds and feels super snappy! Multitasking is breeze on this, it’s truly amazing! I had concerns about the thermal and accoustic performance due to its size, but genuinely it runs quiet, cool, and barely audible even under load! It’s worth noting the CPU’s descrete graphics automatically assignings system memory, it reserves 3GB of your 16GB automatically for video tasks, thankfully I’ve not noticed any detremental performance loss because of this, which is a relief! It might be worth upgrading to 32GB memory later down the line if this is an issue for you. The rear IO has two USB A 3.0’s, 1 x HDMI and 1 x DP, Power Jack and Ethernet. The front IO has 2 x USB A 3.0’s and 1 x USB-C connections. Other notes – The power button is super safisfying to press! This system won’t dissapoint for the price! – Jake

Small size PC roughly 10cm by 10cm. Say 5cm tall. Comes with power cable, 2 display cables (short in length), and a mounting plate. Windows 11 pre-installed.Its silent. Anyone who complains about the fan noise should get their device checked or move it to a better ventilated area. I have mine on all day and it’s utterly silent. No radiating heat.Performance is better than my laptop. Boots up in a few seconds. Loads of RAM and 1TB on board storage. Graphics card is impressive for something so small. No stutters, judders or lags. I recommend turning HDR off as on my TV it was washed out.I also recommend tweaking the registry settings to get a smaller task bar. I also recommend downloading software to stop Microsoft sending your data onto them (I use O&O Shutup10++) otherwise its done behind the scenes without you knowing.Comes with 4 usb ports. I recommend plugging in a splitter. Mine has individual switches. Great bit of kit.If you’re looking to replace an old computer for your home, and to free up a ton of room, you can’t go wrong with this. Delighted with my purchase.
