The most reliable phone
I have had 3 ulefones in the past ten years. It works have been 2 but my first was stolen. I will not buy another brand of rugged phone ever. I require a sturdy, near I destructible phone as I drop, kick, drown, scratch, and crush every phone I’ve ever touched. Do not, under any circumstances, hand me your phone unless you’ve signed a waiver. 🤣 These phones have never let me down. They are tough, reliable, and have many features that make them fun to use. Plenty of storage space, great cameras, loud speakers, user friendly. The strap is extremely helpful. I haven’t had a need for the cases but the features and options are cool and I am interested in buying all of the extra mounts, microscope, and gadgets. Everyone I tell about this phone is immediately interested. I could never go back to a flimsy, delicate, tiny little phone and I am sold for life on the Ulefones. I currently have the armor 22. Has an IR blaster which is always useful. Price is nice. It was delivered very quickly. I don’t have anything negative to say and I’m usually fairly judgemental with reviews. I recommend these phones to everyone even if you don’t require an indestructible phone. Why would you not get one? Better safe than sorry and if didn’t leave anything to be desired. I’m fully satisfied with this phone and the other Ulefones I have owned in the past. I had the Armor 2 and the Armor 8.

durable, great battery, but kinda big
i got this phone as an upgrade from the Armor x10 pro and i love it, the battery life is amazing, and the physical durability is great. the 8+8 GBs of RAM make it very smooth to use giving an excellent user experience. the IR blaster remote feature is cool, but lets be honest, it’s kind of useless, there just isn’t enough use case for it. the night vision camera is amazing though, and the standard camera does a very nice job. the only issue i have with the design is the SIZE. this thing is a chonk, the armor X10 pro, and Armor x9 Pro were amazingly sized, they’d fit in nearly any pocket, and the were very easy to use one-handed. this phone is not so much that way, you can use it single-handed but it’s hard to keep a good grip on it while doing so. I also discovered that several of my shirts did not have a pocket large enough for the phone to fit, so i had to switch to carrying it in my back pants pocket. its fairly thin, and not to heavy actually, but the outer dimensions (length and width) are definitely a bit on the large size. the other issue I had, not with the phone design, but the specific phone, is (I’m assuming this) the GPU or motherboard failed, the screen started to flicker and then went to “TV static” and then just black with a backlight. i contacted Ulefone directly and they were quick to help me out offering a refund or replacement. the customer service was excellent (just be aware that they are in China so they reply to your emails at about 2 in the morning) overall i would definitely recommend this phone for someone looking for a higher-function phone that will withstand a rough work environment,

The most important thing is do not buy this piece of junk
This phone is way too sensitive to the slightest thing I had a ulefone14 that I did kind of like because it was rugged and the work I do it’s a good thing to have but it failed on me after a little over 2 years it would turn on show the name on the screen but wouldn’t do anything else so I decided to get another one The one I have now and I hate this thing I absolutely hate it and on top of that when I sent them a message telling them I wanted to get a refund because of how much I hated this phone I could not even get a response from them I would not recommend this product to anybody

As advertized it exceeded my expectation, great phone i love it

is good enough, but the battery seems running out bit fast.
