Finally ATT compatible!
Went through several phones that didn’t do what they said. This one actually works on ATT, which is the only service here. Happy with the ruggedness, camera, night vision camera. Only wish I’d have waited for the IR camera to come out, but I know for sure my next camera.

Hefty Beast
This phone has amazing battery life (I was going on 4 days and it still had like 50% battery) and the screen is clear and very large .
There are only 3 negatives in my opinion:
1) The finger print reader needs some serious work, it does not read very well.
2) The UI is not as crisp/easy to use as my cheaper Motorola. Attempting to add a large calendar to the 2nd page and move everything else over one was a headache. The side special button also does not have enough mapable functions and can get in the way.
3) It is VERY heavy. I used this at work and would carry it in my front pocket. It often bumped into vehicles I was detailing.
All in all, improving the finger print reader and UI would probably make me buy this again and stick with it. Great phone if the pros are your focus.

It’s drop proof and water proof
This is my everyday phone and I have a bad habit of dropping my phone out of my lap and it lands on my hardwood floor. So far, I think it’s happened nearly thirty times since I bought it. Ulefone says it will withstand drops well I’ll put it through it’s drops and as for water durability. I dropped on the floor the other night and I also spilled water and soda on the floor. It sat in that water and soda pop, with the screen touching the floor for about six hours. I picked it up and thought ok all is lost and I checked the speaker by calling someone and it sounded all crackly and broken. I tried playing music and that too sucked. I put it on the charger and tried beating the fluids out best I could. Set it on a dry towel and prayed for it to dry out and it did it works like new. Thanks Ulefone, you have on hell of a quality product here and I’ll never go anywhere else we I I need a good phone that I can rely on. Jessica Warner

unexpected issues to start; and PHONE BATTERY ISSUES AFTER 1 YEAR
Review update. At 1 year, 1 month, the phone had developed internal/possibly burn damage to the screen, then stopped charging wirelessly, and battery does not hold a charge well anymore. Warranty ended at 1 year. I contacted the company to ask if the symptoms were battery related and could be fixed by a replacement. I didn’t get a response for a month and then I contacted Amazon for assistance (Amazon was great because right after that, the company responded to me). I got a message directly to my email and also one through Amazon. The gist is that I was asked if the phone was ever dropped or wet….well, yeah, and I’m thinking that’s why I got this rugged phone. Not that I throw it or submerge it in water but, sure I’ve dropped it and it’s gotten rain on it when used outside. But, I’ve had all my previous phones last for 5+ years and they were not rugged. Also, I wasn’t given any input about details I provided to the company but told I could send pictures and they would tell me how much it may coast to fix. Hmm…pictures of battery not holding charge well is not exactly something I can do. So, I downgraded the Amazon review to 1 start. I went from recommending this phone to feeling it was a very bad investment where what I got didn’t live up to advertisement and customer service sums up worthless + sales pitch. I’ve had it with this company and am moving on.
Below is what I wrote soon after purchasing it:
It’s heavy but the battery lasts a long time and the screen is a large size. Too heavy for the devices I had used in the past for holding the phone in cars to make use of navigation apps. A big disappointment was that I could not get the extra memory slot to function with any I have tried which are rated for it and I indeed checked for compatibility. Memory is recognized but it locks up the phone, preventing use as it attempts to correct. Neither Amazon support or the manufacturer provided suggestions which fixed the problem…. but I was hoping that given the newness of the phone, it would be an improvement over my old phone for memory, but nope.. I don’t see improvement. Apps lock up daily and I have to limit what is running in the background, restart the apps and phone.. a bummer for my expectatins. Despite my poor rating I kept it mostly because it is such a hassle to change phones and the large screen size was an improvement over my old phone. I don’t use the programmable, red button on the left side as it’s too easy to press while holding the phone. It would be good if the power button was not the same type and next to volume as ut is hard to tell the separation by feel. It charges quickly.

Specifications are not as advertised
Not expected for you to post but for information. Phone is advertised as 16gb installed memory but in fact only has 8gb installed; I have no idea how “virtual” memory works. Phone also advertises 64/64 mpx for camera, when it is in fact only 8/64 mpx. I just opened it today after it was delivered yesterday and I am very disappointed and will be returning it. The memory and the camera are among the specs that attracted me in the first place. and i

Excellent piece of equipment.
I am very pleased with my Ulefone Power Armor 13. It is a very robust phone and I take it everywere, especially to my bussiness meetings. It is definetely better than many “Flag Ships” from other brands.
The weight could be a problem for some people but I believe it is a matter of getting used to it. The screen has a fantastic definition and the storage is simply unsurpassed. I am planning to enjoy it for a long time. All rugged phones should be like this one.

Nice device, looks good, volume and on/off buttons are improved, better feel. Battery life is medium (used to 10.000Mah, but is now 6K Mah).
BIG problem: does not accept bank, ID, Passport or any other financial NFC tags, because there seems to be a security issue with the chip or some software.. When you contact Ulefone they send you on a nice hike, and blame it on Google, while it is their product that is failing.
They told me to hold on for a couple of weeks while they quarrel with Google, but I’m not having too much hope it will be fixed. I never had any update on either one of my (4) Ulefone devices, and I am very sceptic about their ability and motivation to solve this.
