My device cracked 3 days beyond the Amazon return period, but the seller warrantied a replacement. It did take a while for the replacement to arrive, but well worth the wait considering the features at this price range.

Overpriced.
I am disappointed on this product’s performance after 40 days of use. So, the return window is closed for me. Battery life is not that great. I like the camera quality. And just want to say it lags at some points where it may get suspicious in its ability to perform quick. I just think price wise is not what you expect.

Turn it on immediately and use it
I bought the phone and for several reasons I didn’t activate it for 3 months.Well it wouldn’t boot because the original software was already obsolete.Had to bring to a carrier and some nice kid loaded some other home program and it works fine.It’s just not OEM now

I stumbled upon this phone when I was looking for new FLIR, and I am thankful that I did. This thing is a smartphone with FLIR, Night vision Cam, 50 MP cameras, wide angle camera, rugged built, and comparable to most name brand flag ship phone, all for about fraction of the price. With the FLIR and Night cam built in, I could just use this phone for my work and hunting, and any other handyman jobs.

Does what most people NEED a phone to do.
Love this phone.Pulled the sim card out of my old phone & popped it in this one. Works flawlessly on Verizon in USA.This is obviously heavier than your featherweight flagship, but that’s a good thing. It actually sits IN your hand and has textured sides so you can actually hold it without dropping it. I don’t play games, but have been playing Need for Speed to see if this processor is up to snuff. It is… no lag. No stutters. More realistically for me, I can split screen two apps with a video playing in a pop up with no issues. I’ve also been processing videos with Action Director from CyberLink with no issues. Yeah… not sure what you’d need a faster processor for. The battery is – at minimum – a 2 day battery. I’m currently at the end of a 2nd day w/o charging & sitting on – checks phone – 31%. Nearly Bone-Stock Android 14, IR blaster that’s easy to set up for my Roku TV, lanyard further ensuring I don’t drop it, reverse wireless charging, fast charging, charger & glass screen protector included. Man… is this the best phone I’ve ever owned? It’s turning out that way. I have a long review on Youtube – just search for Roopull’s Videos & you’ll find it. And no, I’m not paid. I bought this with my own money. This thing is great. Big, pretty, heavy and awesome… kinda’ like Lizzo *thinks* she is.
