Don’t waste your money on anything else
Don’t ever buy any of the phone. This is a military spec grade phone and that means it has to meet certain requirements like video underwater for 2 hours be dropped from 7 ft without breaking I dropped mine 10 times a day in my shop and it just keeps on going and for the money you can’t beat it best phone on the planet!

User manual would be helpful/update added
I like this phone. My last phone was os 5 this is 13. I’ve been trying to learn this phone. There are a ton of newer things that I’m just not familiar with, yet. The one familiar thing is Google has a firm grip on literally everything this phone knows about my life. Once upon a time people used to say “in the future the government will probably put a chip in everyone so they can keep track of all of us”. Well I’m here to say “They” were wrong. All that “They” had to do was invent smartphones and we all willingly chipped ourselves!! Anyway as for a user manual. There isn’t one for this x13 yet. Look for yourself. It’s not out yet. Personally I for one would find a user manual very helpful.UPDATE: after using the Armor X13 for a month. I have a couple things. Having come from a phone with a back button. I have had a real hard time getting used to the back option on the x13. U swipe from the the left or right side. Being right handed. I generally hold my phone in my left hand. I’ll scroll down a page using my right. I’d say mostly with my index finger. Well scrolling down and swipping in seem to be very similar to my phone even with the right side sensitivity turned all the way down. I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve been scrolling down and i activate the back option and end up starting over. I try to train myself to scroll down from nearly the center of the screen. Which really cuts in to your visual. I also find the notification line on the very top of the screen. Very very small. The battery percentage value is so small i need a magnifying glass to see it. The numbers are about 1/32th of an inch tall. 1mm tall. I haven’t found a way to increase the size. The custom button is orange on my phone. It’s the only button on the left side. The right side has the rocker for volume below that the power button. Both black and very similar in size and feel. The rocker is in the location the power button was on my old phone. I have almost stopped turning my ringer off while trying to bring the screen up or down. The finger print sensor is somewhat difficult to get to open my home page. I end up using the pattern allot. Then when I’m not trying it’ll open. I read one review where the person said the night vision camera worked good but wished there was night vision video. Well there is. 1st i want to say the night vision does work very well. Out to about 20 steps. If your depending on the IR lights only. If there’s back ground light it’s much farther. So when u slide to or tap the night vision option. To the right of the shutter button. You’ll see a lil video camera. Tap it and the camera icon will swap spots. Now the video icon is in the shutter button. There’s still no manual to tell me what some icons and functions mean or do. All in all it’s a pretty decent phone. The camera is awesome. Best I’ve ever owned. Still not a fan of all the Google tentacles. There like Skynet in the Terminator. I’m my opinion keeping all our info should be illegal. But what do i know. Good luck

I totally regret buying this crap , for one when it tells you to swipe up the total screen goes blank.if you lucky to get it to work sometimes only a small portion of the screen shows up.it rarely goes to home page, were the shortcut icons are. don’t buy this Chinese junk

The case is trash.the phone is nice.
It’s a nice phone but the case makes it a liability if it keeps popping out of the case.

    Camera is actually pretty good
This is a nice phone for the $ I like it. I like rugged phones the suit me perfectly. An iPhone 16 or whatever I just think it’s too much money for me to be dropping it losing it or who knows what else.

I’m pleased with this phone but I don’t love it.
I’ve had an Armor X3 for 5+ years. In a freak accident it met a concrete floor glass-face down. It still works but the glass is shattered. It took some time to become accustomed to the X13. I wasn’t familiar with the Android 13 default ‘swipe’ interface. Now, after using the phone for a while I am getting more proficient. The infrared vision function is fun but I don’t use it regularly. The X13 image quality seems slightly inferior to the X3.Bottom line, this phone suits my simple purposes and the price was right.

    Nothing armored about it
My screen cracked right away. One cracked turned to two. Then I actually dropped it while standing. It landed on the corner of the armer case, broke the corner, then landed flat on it’s face and basically shattered. Thankfully it is still functional. As there was no was to buy a protection plan I’m on my own. Plus the is manual information. There is an email address it’s lists and states it will respond in 24 hours. However it respond with the email is no long working. A lot of hipe. Liked the size. It is quite heavy the water proofing is nice but if the screen breaks at “the drop of a hat” what’s the point?.

So far I’m loving this phone. Its not the most powerful thing, but I have a laptop and I have a desktop PC so maybe I don’t ask a lot out of my phone. But for my needs its perfect: phone stuff, camera stuff, music stuff and internet access on the go.It has long battery life, ok camera (night vision is good and I find it can actually be useful not just a gimmick), sturdy construction with water proofed connectors, earphone jack and has so far done everything asked of it just fine. Very satisfied, would purchase again.

This is built to last. It came with a screen protector, hard case, lanyard, belt clip and carribeana. Its heavy but it feels sturdy. It also comes with a charger and lead which most phone aren’t including these days. Works like any other Android. Pretty happy to be honest

This is a pretty decent phone for it’s price. It’s a little thicker and heavier then other phones I’ve had but feels solid and rugged. I have already dropped it a couple times and it still works fine. The underwater and night vision camera are nice features. So is the outdoor toolbox included in the aps. I also like how the phone is mostly coated in rubber instead of hard plastic. The bad is the small amount of storage. 64Gb doesn’t go far. The system files take up a good 20Gb so you are left with about 40Gb really.Performance wise it is pretty quick and stable. I have had no problems with it. It can do some mobile gaming but struggles with the larger more demanding games and aps.All in all it’s a good phone so far. Definitely geared towards the outdoorsman or construction even. And of course as an added bonus it tracks and collects information on you just like cell phones were designed to do! 😀

This phone is pretty rugged, which is great. Phone works well, battery life is amazing when the only thing my son does on it is play games lol.BUT… I tried putting in an SD card to expand the storage space, but it seems Ulefone have removed the ability to do this. So, with the SD card, there are two storage devices, one internal and one external.I wanted to have unified storage to have more storage space, however, this is not possible.I tried to tell Android to install any new apps on the SD card. It can’t.The ONLY thing I was able to do was to get the camera to save pictures and videos taken to the SD card. That’s it. Better than nothing I guess. Still frustrated I didn’t know about this earlier.HOWEVER. The phone is rugged AF. The battery lasts all day long with plenty to spare at the end of the day. So, for me, personally, that outweighs the SD card issue. And, in a way, I guess it’s nice to be able to take the SD card out and have just the photos and videos on it.

I write very few reviews of products purchased on Amazon. In fact I think this is only my second or third so far. A product has to go “above and beyond” for me before I’m motivated enough to leave a review. This phone is hands down one of the best value for money rugged smartphones available in my opinion. It is also one of my best purchases ever from Amazon. My frustration level was peaking with other expensive phones I bought over the years that either stopped working after being dropped a couple of times. A repeating theme was also cracked and scratched screens that were terrible if not impossible to use. Yes I work in construction and yes I could be considered a person who puts a phone through its paces. A more harsh environment then a typical everyday setting for other phones but a phone is absolutely necessary to do my job. This Armor X13 is loaded with tons of great features, is pretty user friendly and boasts an awesome camera that includes night vision-no joke!If you can pick this up at a sale price like I did for under $250 (taxes in) including the armor case then go for it. You won’t be disappointed. I’m a few weeks in using it daily on the job site, dropped more than once and not a mark or scratch. Awesome! Thanks Ulephone.
