Great Arm to use
I need a arm that will hold a 29inch monitor above another 29inch monitor. This one fit that build. I got and it work great. No issues installing the arm to the table and to the monitor.

Solid and stable
I’m easily giving this monitor mount five stars because of its heavy duty construction and several thoughtful design features (such as adjustment tool holder, cable management, flexible mounting options). My Dell 34″ Ultrawide monitor is a mere 16 pounds, which is a piece of cake for this mount. It is easy to adjust yet stays stable in place.Installation was a breeze up to a point, and I appreciate the included instructions and video in the product description. But there are some important things to note:1) Read all the instructions and watch BOTH the Installation Video and Usage Tips video (QR codes on the paper instructions, and in the product description here).2) Step 1 of the instructions is to install the two short USB cables to the base. I choose not to use this feature because I couldn’t see it being of much use. The base not a USB hub, it is merely cable management for the two short cables. So you’d either have to have USB extension cables or a USB hub located near the base. But if you were going to have a hub there, why not just connect directly to it? I’m sure there are some use cases where this made sense, but I opted out.3) There is a threaded hole on that back of Part C and a diagram in Step 3 showing tightening it. However, there was no screw or anything else to tighten here. And I don’t think you’d want one as it would lock rotation of the monitor arm in one place.4) THE MOST IMPORTANT NOTE: When you mount Part E , it will be tilted up at a 45 degree angle as shown in the first diagram in Step 5. There will be a temptation to want to tilt it back down as it actually shows in the diagrams on the right in Step 5. I tried to do that and it encountered resistance. I always say if force doesn’t work, use more of it. The result was Part E came completely apart, and I spent the next couple of hours trying to put it back together. (Hint: the white coil has to have its outermost end inserted in the slot for it, and there is a nub on the plastic pieces that must sit in the matching hole, or the screw won’t tighten.] A warning not to try to tilt this with no monitor installed is not mentioned in the assembly instructions; only in the “Usage Tips” video.

Great monitor mount
This single arm monitor mount is great and this design has become my favorite. If you have ever struggled with getting a mount setup on a desk because of obstacles, a back plate on the desk or just crawling under a desk, you’ll really appreciate how this mounts to a desk. So much time is saved because I don’t have to finesse anything to tighten all the way while in an awkward position. With this, I can do it all from the top of the desk. Just that part of the installation is so refreshing that I love this mount. Then you add how well the monitor arm works on top of that. I also appreciate that so many of these monitor mounts use the same diameter pole so you can use other arms with these. I attached an additional monitor arm to this and it worked perfectly. These really make my life so much easier.What I liked about it: Great quality and thoughtful design. Works with other monitor arms.What I didn’t like: USB cable didn’t work properly.Overall, I recommend this monitor mount if you only need one monitor arm.

Solid mount, instructions are not idiot-proof
Solid monitor arm, holds a lot of weight. Was relatively simple to build.However, I used a longer version of one of the screws and ended up causing damage to my desk in one of the steps.Completely my fault, but it would have helped if the parts or at least the bags they came in were labelled. I’ve assembled plenty of monitor arms and hundreds of other things from furniture to office related equipment without any problem, but given that this is not your average desk C-clamp it would have been nice to have instructions that clarified that a bit.This monitor arm also requires tools for if you want to change the height of the arm as a whole. Overall it’s actually very easy to move and adjust the monitor. For specifically moving the entirety of the arms along the mounting pole, it requires tools.With that being said, this does offer a lot of freedom to get the monitor to sit exactly where you would like it to and how. And it is very sturdy so once you dial in where you want your monitor, it’s really not going anywhere.Overall, really solid monitor arm mount. Very stable, lots of freedom, and holds a lot of weight. Works really well for ultrawide monitors or any heavy monitor. The parts all feel sturdy and high quality and the added USB/USB-C port at the base is a nice touch. Once it was set up this monitor arm works amazingly well.

Works Well with 39 inch monitor.
I put my 39 inch OLED Asus monitor on it, no issues. You may have to adjust tension for various weights. This is done on the back side of the arm where the + and – is shown. I also have ann Ergotron HD and some cheaper Amazon ones. I like that this one can be height adjusted as I can use it over my other monitor for a stacked setup for stocks and work.

Nicely built, but doesnât hold up a G93SC
The mount is seemingly solid, but the upper arm is not strong enough to hold up a samsung g93sc. The arm lowers all the way.

Multiple cables
I hadnât realized the hub needed multiple cable connections vs just one single. In other words, itâs not a hub, itâs just a USB extender.
