I like this phone the only down side is while using the screen will touch your face and jump all around other than that it’s perfect for my usage volume is good video is very good after a few months thou the battery started losing its ability to retaining a full charge this phone is worth the money to me

I have been using this phone for almost a week now and I can easily say, one of the best budget smartphones out there. I have tried UMIDGI products before and as usual, they provide the best quality possible at this price point. First of all, no bloatware as expected in other Chinese phones. The screen is big, immersive with high brightness in daylight. STEREO SPEAKERS – Google Services. Cameras are nice in daylight and nighttime with tons of features. Takes crisp and clear image but It takes some time to capture the photo but at this price I can not complain anymore. Fingerprint is fast and responsive (Not a big fan of face recognition, it is available but never tried).I recommend this phone for anyone wants a cheap phone with mid-range phone feature.

This is my SECOND UMIDIGI A13 PRO 6/128G phone.Great looking phone. Looks and feels like great quality.The screen is vivid and clear, videos and pictures look great on it.The camera takes very good pictures and video.CPU reaction time is mostly flawless and fast, apps respond quickly even if a few are open at the same time.The battery charges at an acceptable rate, and lasts for a day or a little more most of the time. Sometimes , the battery uncharges very rapidly even if the phone is not on heavy use. If watching videos, or playing some games, the battery goes down faster than some older phones I have had.Calls are clear and loud I have no problem with the phone app.The speaker does what it is supposed to do and is no better or worse than on other phones.Problems : The wifi disconnects for no reason or warning, having me lose a lot of data on my Mobile plan, this is VERY irritating. It happens everywhere, on many different wifi networks, even at home where the network is strong. Now that I am aware of the problem, I check my connection from time to time.The GPS is sometimes weak. While driving, it will hop to a few streets down, or just stop moving. I have disconnecting WIFI and BLUTOOTH, in case the GPS uses the same ‘antenna’ , but there is no change.In unknown areas, the GPS is at times next to useless. I now use old Galaxy S8 as a GPS. This is not practical at all. I have the same problem with my other UMIDIGI phone, a Bison.My first A13 PRO had been bought on ALiExpress on the UMIDIGI Store. After 2 months, the charging port became loose, and would have problems charging. I could not find a Cell Phone repair store that would want to fix it. I had to return it to China at my expense (80$) to have a refund…….This is why I bought my second A13 PRO through Amazon, easier and free returns

Horrible product!!! This only lasted one year and would constantly shut off. It would only work when plugged in but as soon as you unplugged it , the phone would shut down. Called Amazon for maufacture contact info and was given a number which did not exist, and was not in service. Had to call Amazon multiple times and kept getting disconnected. Spent approximately two hours calling to get assistance. They gave me link then that was not working. They kept telling us that it was past return but we were not able to reach the manufacturer so we wanted someone to honor the two year warrenty. Absolutely ridiculous!! Would never reccomend this phone or company to anyone.

Just got this yesterday. Phone is good for the price I paid. Worried about battery life seems to drain faster, even without mobile data enabled. I had to reduce screen brightness will see how it last the whole day.

The Umidigi A13 Pro is an amazing phone in all aspects. It is an android 11 device with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.It has a 6.7-inch display which is quite a big display compared to most iPhones. It has a 48MP main camera which for reference is the same quality as the new iPhone 14 Pro Max which is very impressive for a phone at almost 8x lower price.Further comparing this to the iPhone 14 Pro Max all the specs are either the same or even better on the Umidigi A13 Pro! If you’re a mobile gamer this phone also has you covered, with its top-notch CPU and as stated earlier 6GB of ram.It also has dual sim card capabilities and a battery that will last you!
