This is my second Umidigi phone and I couldn’t be happier. Set up was easy and intuitive and virtually seamless.The battery life is very good and charging is fast, just like it promises!There is only one known flaw so far, and that is the location of the screenshot button along the left side of the case.Firstly, is a completely unnecessary button really and mostly, it is activated EVERY SINGLE TIME you grab your phone and if you have a wallet style case, it clicks the screenshot button every time you open it…

Cell-data reception is horrible.This phone might be okay in a city or near a broadcast tower.Signal here isn’t great but it is not as bad as this phone makes out. This phone rarely hooks up for more than a few minutes at a time. Rediculous.The phone becomes non-responive at times, can’t clear the screen. Settings revert after I have changed them. FO.Purchased 08May2023, charge broken 10July2024. What a treat…

I have a 3 year old Bison which I am very happy with. So getting twice the battery life was a huge part of my decision to get this phone. But the battery didn’t even equal my Bison’s three day average, and there wasn’t even any apps on the 7 Max yet. There was also an issue with pics imported from the old phone looking like they were photo negatives. I honestly didn’t have time or patience to fiddle with settings or explore the rest of the phone so this is a very focused criticism (hence the three stars). The battery life was a huge black mark for me, especially since it had 10000Mah plastered across the phone screen on the Amazon page. Not sure if it was a defective battery or a power hungry unit but it’s going back to it’s maker.
