good inexpensive phone.
This phone has exceptional features for thed money. It is my third Umidigi. The first 2 (F2 and A9) had battery failures after about 17 months, but I got another because of the value and features. Battey replacement is possible but not simple. Transfer of my info from the A9 was extremely simple. I think the A13 is a good choice.

Audio Garbled & Drops Out Altogether
I used this phone for everything, talking to friends and family, taking and making business calls. Or, at least, I tried to. But every call I got I had to ask everyone to speak up, slow down and frequently repeat themselves. Often to the point where they just hung up. Very bad for business. I tried for weeks to get it corrected, to no avail.

What a farce!
Don’t buy this phone. They said it wasn’t locked. My ass! TMobile had it locked and it would take 2 to 3 weeks to unlock it. Amazon said there was nothing they could. Way to go Amazon for great 3rd party merchandise. Total failure Amazon. Total failure Umidigi. Total failure TMobile.

It’s not working when I change the settings to other mobile data. I will not receive any calls. But if I change to that mobile where I can receive calls then my mobile internet is not working

As a Scorpio & just being an individual in General – I have been a well know person (starting @ the age of 3 years old to hate to be surprised!!!!) If a person don’t know me & I am like with a gift – I am not rude nor can I put on a show of smiles & restfulness!!! I simply stare – that “it the thought that counts” & will forever be a sentimental item & OK into this cell here as I was the one taking the chance it was is obviously different!!! But my OCD & Scorpio find myself very HARD to except change & I was fearing I would half half like/hate this cell!!! So I can assure U I am 100% satisfied to s point that I am beside myself!!!! (Only thing I would change if I could is only having the charging in the bottom & the headphone jack on top!!! (Trying to charge a cell & have to use a wire headphones – makes it 100, % impossible to put the cell in any Pocket & must hold it!!! But I Thank the one & only Kria (hope it’s spelt correct?!) She is the one who made everything happen & she spend over an hour with me & wouldn’t let me go until I could expect & repeat her every word & she even followed me with an email!!! (I am speaking highly of her because she is a super human & honestly thought she was definitely AI!!!!) I end this by letting U know – I knew she was real – cuz the last chat thing I was THREATED BY – YOUR ACTUAL COMPANY AMAZON WAS TOLD BY THIS MONSTER THAT YOUR A FRAUD – NOT TO TRUST – YOU DO NOT – NEVER HAVE HAD Amazon gift cards or your own credit cards!!! Very disappointed with the battery life. I bought this as a replacement for my umidigi s5 pro which has a “smaller battery life” than this one and lasts two days at least with what i do with it. (Work chat, emulators, multi tasks etc…) And i have to put this one on the battery saver just to keep on lasting a day doing less stuff then the previous phone. Sad.
Update on this phone. Not only have i had to change this twice today the phone gets very hot during operations. Like uncomfortably hot. Like I can feel it through my pants when I put it in my pockets hot. When I make a phone call the phone is very hot against my ear. I have even gotten notifications that the running was running so hot it would not charge. Stay away. Will be looking for another phone asap.
