Also you can use mouse to contorl reset the box , and then pair it at the beginning.
The remote works via IR or bluetooth. To switch the remote to bluetooth mode, you have to press the OK button and the home button (the button with three horizontal lines) at the same time and hold it down for about 5 seconds. Then the blue light will come on and the controller is in bluetooth mode. Go to the setup and setup “Bluetooth” on the Box. Find “UB-RC” and pair. The control is much more comfortable and allows voice input.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
This product is very bad. It has a very low range on which you can use it. Even when you are very close, it sometimes still doesn’t work. You will not be able to sit comfortably on your couch to watch TV. I had to get up close and press a couple times to move the selecting one time. Do not buy this product, it is not worth it.
