It’s a good product for a good price.
This is a good general purpose power supply when you need 6 volts. It’s got decent current and lots of tips for different applications.Very versatile and works great!

This works fine on my blood pressure cuff. My device takes a few seconds to wake up after connecting the adapter, but that is easy to adjust to. My batteries were running down too fast and this eliminates the need for batteries. This is not a charger. I took the batteries out of the blood pressure cuff. The large number of adapters may be handy but the polarity of the blood pressure cuff and adapter are reversed from a lot of other devices, but the polarity matches my blood pressure cuff.

Seemed to be okay
I bought ti to power my touch faucet so i could eliminate the batteries. It would not provide stable power to the unit. The faucet kept auto-cycling on and off. Not sure why. The output voltage was okay. I had to return it.
