Not unlocked it will not connect to Verizon
Wasn’t unlocked like described i was adding it to Verizon just like the phone was, it wouldn’t work at all for the company as advertised and I wrote to let them know and am trying to get a refund and no one has responded. I wend over 30 days because I hadn’t switched compays from at&t till 32 days after I bought the phone cause from the description it was a sure thing so far I haven’t been contacted about it yet hope I will asap

I tried to get this phone activated numerous times and can’t. The company is saying the item number is nowhere to be found. I now have a $100 paper weight and no working phone.

Disappointed
First of all, I went to activate the phone and was told that the phone was not actually a Samsung s22. When I was ready to add my sim card it would not take it. Once I got home, I couldn’t put any of my information into it. Trying to add features was another disappointment. To date I the calls drop, sounds like a tin can. I waited so long to get it, now I need to send it back. Only order that I had an issue with. Won’t hold a full charge, after being on the charger all night, it’s dead in 5 hours. Additionally, it didn’t state that the phone didn’t have a case that fits it. I’ve tried several things, but I don’t know where I can get one from. I ordered 3 cases for it and none of them worked. The ones I have are for a 6.8, but the phone is a 6.7.
