I would advise to pass this by.
This phone had really bad audio and picture quality. Look at the instructions in the ad advising you to get your sim card started in a smart phone and then transfer to this phone. The worse thing is that when I took it around to different cell phone plan providers they refused to consider it. They would just look at it and shake their heads. Also, this is too much to pay for what you get even if providers would go for it.

    not worth the price
While I was able to get 4G service, this phone is a cheap plastic phone. I ended up returning it. While I could get service, the Bluetooth was iffy and the navigation is not easy for my elderly mother. The big buttons and large print on the screen were nice, but that was about it.

    ■ Description:You don’t get a phone like this because it has large screen or because of all the apps it has. This is a basic no-frills, old-style phone. No android or IOS, basically just text and talk. It’s 5” x 2 3/8” and weighs only 97g battery included. It has a 2.5” screen that’s bright enough to use in the sun. It isn’t a touch screen – all the actions are initiated using the buttons. It has a small flashlight you can turn on with a single button. It’s not blinding but it’s actually pretty useful. It also has a camera, but don’t get your hopes to high. You need to deep dive in the menu to use a 0.3 MP that can take an almost decent picture in broad daylight but is unusable when things get darker. It doesn’t have a carrying case and it doesn’t look particularly shock proof. It does come with a neck lanyard. I wouldn’t expect it to survive a dip in the pool or a 4-foot drop to concrete. Well, maybe the 4-foot drop wouldn’t be that bad because the phone is light. It has an FM radio which will scan the local stations. It isn’t extra sensitive but if you have good reception the sound is good.■ Battery:It has a 1000mah battery which compared to smart phones isn’t much, but this phone having a smaller screen and a less power-hungry processor, doesn’t drain the battery as fast. It took about 4 hours for the initial battery charge which is slow by smart phone standards. On the other hand, the battery is advertised as lasting 4 days and I believe it actually lasts longer. There are 4 bars that display battery health and after using it for 48 hours it’s still showing 4 bars. It’s a removable battery meaning you could theoretically get an extra one but with that kind of battery life I don’t see the need.Edit: after 72 hours the battery still shows 4/4 bars. Granted I only use it for calling and receiving calls, but I now believe a single charge will be good for at least a week with this kind of use.■ Sound:Sound quality is OK. It’s easy to switch to speaker phone when talking to someone. I prefer the speaker phone over the earpiece speaker. The speaker volume get’s loud enough the earpiece isn’t very loud.■ Dialing:The big buttons are easy to use and as soon as you press a button, they all light up.■ Sim cards band network connection:There are 2 sim slots. One is a nano and the other is a micro sim slot. I put my nano sim in and it connected to my network on it’s own when I turned the phone back on.■ Texting:Sending text messages is possible but let’s face it, it’s painful. You need to press the numbers multiple times to get the right letter and punctuation is too much trouble for what it’s worth. Receiving text messages is fine though and the screen is big enough to read shorter messages without scrolling.■ Wrap up:Obviously, this phone isn’t cutting edge but it’s inexpensive, easy to operate, small, light and the battery lasts forever. If you use your phone mostly for calling or have a hard time with touch screens on smart phones, this phone could be just the ticket.

The phone is much smaller than I thought it would be – and as I purchased this phone for someone with some difficulty holding – it made it hard for them to hold on to as it kept slipping – not really the phones fault but had it been a bigger phone – may have been better.. otherwise not a bad phone -numbers were large and set up – once I figured out – the set up and removed the lock part – works well enough..

Well this is an older style phone made of all plastic, making it very light 96 grams. There is no touch screen just a 1 3/4 x 2 inch colour display. You can install your contacts, you can send texts, but it is time consuming, you have to push the corresponding number to the 3 letters and go back and forth from there .. It would be easier to call, lol. It is quite small being 2 1/4 x 5 x 1/2 an inch thick, so easily fit into a shirt pocket. I love that it has a cradle to charge it, makes it simple for the elderly, simply place it in the cradle, and it charges. It does have bluetooth. My micro sim card worked perfectly in it, I was making calls in seconds. The sound quality is good. There is also an LED flash light button. This phone is targeted at seniors that just need something light to carry around to make an emergency call once in a while. This fits the bill. There is a red S.O.S. button on the back which is perfect in those circumstances . You can input up to 5 emergency numbers and a customized text. And if that button is held down for about 3 seconds it sounds off a siren, like an Amber alert, which is annoying, but it also automatically calls the contact and sends the custom text, which could be a life saver. Over all It delivers what it needs to, its a low cost no bells or whistles, just an annoying siren, phone, lol. I hope this helps in your decision making.
