Do waste your money
I got this phone for my mom and it has been very unreliable, Battery life can be less than a day. The sound quality is very poor. The only good thing about the phone is the recharging stand. My Mom hates the phone so it is going into the trash.

NOT unlocked
The phone we received is not unlocked, as advertised! My hubby wanted to return to a flip phone for ease of operation. We currently have MINT as our carrier and love their service. The description of this phone says its unlocked and compatible with MINT. After a couple hours on our own trying to get it to work and another hour on the phone with a tech at MINT, we were told this phone is NOT UNLOCKED and needed to be. I am returning this phone with this review as a warning to others. Now to find a return label!

Do NOT use SpeedtalkMobile
The Speedtalkmobile plan associated with this phone is a SCAM. It is not at all associated with T-Mobile. I have spent over 10 hours over 3 days and still did not have a working phone. Took phone to T-Mobile and they could not assist. Then, to get our phone number back Speedtalkmobile was charging $10. Finally, I just set it up directly with TMobile since it will not work with Verizon or ATT.
Phone is easy to use. Features seem a bit difficult to navigate and radio seems unnecessary for a senior friendly phone.
I am not aure why it is so difficult to make a senior friendly phone that can take prepaid SIM or can get a direct service account with the 3 largest carriers.

Flip Phone for Senior
We bought the phone for the senior. It uses the SpeedTalkMobile. Phone refuses to register. Put sim card in another phone and get it to register and then put it back in phone and it works for a short period. This is a repeated problem with this phone.

Description inaccurate
This phone, bought for an elderly, disabled person, was supposed to be unlocked. It would not work with my carrier. The description said it would. So I’m also out the activation fee and first month’s service from my carrier

the wrest purchase on amazon, it is not new nor come with manual. the box you can tell is a returned phone as it is opened and, one little manual is torn apart. i am returning it now, very disappointed
