Works with computer speakers when built-in sound card is bad
After doing some research, I discovered that my inability to connect my speakers to my mini pc was due to an interface problem with Windows 11 and Realtek sound cards. The Vention USB external sound card is a simple, cost-effective solution to this problem. I have is running from a Vention USB 3.0 splitter, since my onboard USB connections are limited, and got sound immediately. The sound quality was good on the YouTube music video I tested it on. No buzzing, just clean sound coming out of my 3 speaker (separate bass). I definitely would recommend this sound card to anyone looking for a cost effective solution to a bad internal sound card.

Adapter for headphones and other peripheral external devices
I’m not sure why they call it a sound card but it is a great adaptor where I hook up my gaming headsets. Most of my USB slots are full but this one connect with A USB +C and the it gives you control over loudness plus mute functions with visual cues and also talks to the PC or laptop so when you make certain adjustments its reflected on the screen. Very Affordable but this is no sound card in the traditional sense. So be aware.

Plug-and-Play for both audio and microphone functionality
Works perfectly! I couldn’t tell if other USB audio converter products would use both the audio and microphone functions in my earbuds and headphones if the devices had separate audio and microphone ports, or if I had to have separate devices. It was so hard to find one like this that didn’t have a cord, so I’m glad it works great. I had previously bought the TROND one, but while the audio worked, my mic never picked up my voice. So far I haven’t had that problem with this one. It’s simple plug-and-play, no pop-ups for installs or anything.

If your in a position like me. Where your headphone jack is practically “jacked up” or messed up. Then finding an alternative to listening to zoom lectures or videos with headphones is essential. I got these out of curiosity as to if they would support zoom lectures and videos. For the first part, if worked for videos and one review stated that this device doesn’t work on zoom. I found that to be not true as they have miraculously worked for me during my zoom lectures. Its all about setting up the right audio. If you can adjust your audio then change it to the “Speakers (2 – USB audio device”. That might help if your struggling to connect. Hope this helps 🙂

I don’t know what to say. I ordered a new item and received a used device. Both the outer box and the plastic sheeth inside were torn before me. Don’t know and to be frank, don’t care if it is just a return item or not. Beware and double check what you receive. You might receive a used item. Unacceptable.
