Great Customer Service, Computer is Excellent
At the beginning of 2024, I bought 2 of these computers, one for myself and one for a friend. At the beginning, we had issues with the SSD cards failing, but upon contacting the company, they replaced the SSDs immediately with return address labels, and also provided us with licenses when the new SSDs came in. They were extremely helpful and the customer service we received was amazing. It’s been several months and the computers run with ease and are still excellent. They can run graphic intensive games such as 7 Days to Die, Destiny 2 and The Sims 4.

Literally worse pc ever
Everytime I tried to turn on my pc it would automatically reboot in a loop.UPDATEso I went to Best Buy to get it fixed and I did which cost me around 170 dollars. I will say this pc runs very well but the fact that I spent over 1k on this pc just for it to trouble shoot on me when I first got it was very disappointing considering that you guys said that you run every gaming pc before sending it out to the buyer. If I was to rate this experience Iâd give it a 5/10 but the pc overall is very great! If the trouble shooting situation didnât happen I wouldnât gave it a 10/10.Update AGAINâ¦So itâs around the beginning of may and my pc does the same thing. Thank god I didnât have to pay another 170 dollars for it to get fixed again. But then the wifi plug in that was given to me stops working. By all the if you donât want your first pc experience to be like this FIND ANOTHER WORKING PC AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS.

A lot more machine than most people will be expecting.
Bought the R5-5600X, 1TB NVME SSD, 32GB Ram, RTX 4060. Paid $999 US. Computer arrived nicely packed, opened up and ran perfectly from jump street. Had to call customer service to get a key for windows, but they had me dialed in while I was on the phone.After about five or six weeks, the SSD took a crap. I called customer service and they had me take and send a couple of pics right then. They identified the SSD as one they had had several problems with, immediately appologized and offered me a replacement.During the replacement process, CS stayed in touch with me constantly, reassuring me that the issue was being taken care of. My new SSD is enroute now. I expect no issues. – ***UPDATE*** – SSD arrived in less time than they told me. It was preconfigured with a fully activated copy of Windows. Snapped right in like it was made just to do that very thing, and I was back up and running in five minutes. Easy, peasy, toasty, cheesy.Bravo, ViprTECH!This PC is not made with top shelf parts, but it does what it is supposed to do, and it does it well. I have a 55 inch, 4K, 120 hZ TV I use as a monitor. I can play Cyberpunk 2077 at 2560×1440 res, high detail, ray tracing on ultra, and get between 55 and 70 FPS, with the liquid-cooled system running literally ice-cold (55C). Not bad for a $999 machine.When I bought this, I needed two new PCs. I got two, for $2000. The other PC was a Skytech model I bought for my wife. She doesn’t game nearly as much, so her machine has an RTX 3060 Ti.Viprtech is a new company. They are lean and hungry and doing good work to get inexpensive but capable PCs into gamer’s hands. They are definitely a good choice for your next PC, especially if you need to get absolutely as much PC as you posibly can for every dollar you spend, and you want to buy from a company that will work to make sure you get treated right.Five stars.

First time Viprtech customer
Very pleased with this product overall. Came as advertised. Was worried about shipping but it was very well packaged from the box itself to the inserts inside the tower. Great aesthetic, fast boot up times. Had an issue upon arrival with a loose connection on the internal fans to the power supply. Emailed their support team and received a prompt response and resolved the issue. Accessing both sides of the tower on the 4.0 was very easy and the components are easy to access. Would purchase from Viprtech again in the future.

BEAST of a PC.
Since I’ve had this PC, I’ve seen VIPRTECH receive a lot of flak from other customers, but I couldn’t be happier. Though it does have a cheaper brand SSD and RAM, they’re not bottom of the barrel by any means, boot up times have stayed consistently under 5 seconds from power on to logged in, and have run without a glitch through some seriously tough stuff. I have NOT been taking it easy on this PC, from a full virtual machine running cyber security programs at different capacities, to hardcore online games like Bodycam and Hell Let Loose, the Ghost 3.0 has kept up. Much quieter than expected even when the VIPRTECH fans need to get up at 2200+rpms, next to no set up troubles (had one fans RGB not in sync after I half hit the button, SUPER SIMPLE FIX), never any issues with heat (the liquid cooler is phenomenal), 1TB Mushkin SSD hasn’t let me down once, and the Asus Prime mb has a track record for tackling both professional and recreation PC use with ease! Regardless of what others have experienced, I can only speak for my machine and say VIPRTECH has my patronage, I think I prefer the Ghost over my personally built “monster.”
