Highly recommend these guys! Excellent price and superb customer service!
I did a lot of research before buying my step daughter a gaming PC for Christmas and boy am I pleased with what we got! The price alone was excellent for what we got and this PC has run everything we have thrown at it with ease and great performance. The Mutineer 1660 super is the perfect entry level PC for gaming and more. We had one minor issues with the inputs on the top of the PC not working properly after getting everything setup. The customer service process was smooth and fast. Within a couple days they had sent us a new I/O panel to replace myself. Unfortunately I didnt get it right and they quickly sent me a label to send the PC to them for repair. Within a couple days I got the notification they received it and then three days later they called to advise they had fixed the issue and shipped the PC back. These guys have are awesome! I will be buying another PC from them very very soon!

Didn’t even last a year
I purchased this computer because it was in my budget and I wasn’t looking to do much with it other than playing some games with my son. The first 3 months it worked just fine, but it slowly started to deteriorate. The fans started to make a lot of noise, and my games kept getting more difficult to play. Starting last month, the computer started to shut down in the middle of the games. I also had major latency issues.I sent an email to Viprtech support and they said I needed to send the computer in for repair. They cover the labor for repairs under warranty, but you have to pay shipping and parts. Their support was quick to respond and I’m sure they would get it fixed. However, I was likely looking at somewhere around $150-$200 to fix a $500 computer.The fact is, these computers are inexpensive for a reason. I took a chance and hoped to get a couple years at least. Next time I’ll just go ahead and pay for a nicer machine.

Honestly a really good purchase
I bought this PC as a birthday gift for myself. My PlayStation was almost 7 years old and it would not run basic games well like fortnite, war thunder, siege, likewise. This pc runs fortnite at around 100 games with low graphics, 120 with my personal settings in siege, and war thunder at around 150 frames. If you want a pc to run your games at around the same frame rate and speeds as a new ps5 i would buy this. this is also versatile for other things such as schoolwork.

Itâs a great starter pc
This was easy to set up. Everything came installed and we just had to turn it on and it worked perfectly. I got this for my 12 year old for his birthday and I donât see us replacing it any time soon. Over time Iâm sure weâll upgrade some components but for now itâs working beautifully.I really appreciate being able to afford something like this for my kids. There was no way we would have been able to gift him something like this at other listed prices.I would definitely recommend this pc. I did not have any problems like some of the other reviews here and I would honestly say not to go based off of those. I havenât had an issue at all since purchasing it but I would imagine the seller would help make it right if we had. They did reach out to see how it was going and I think if they werenât interested in customer satisfaction they wouldnât have reached out.I give it five stars and would purchase this again.

Poor customer service
The product arrived quickly; however, was dead on arrival (A Saturday). It provided a blue screen not allowing windows to start. It was also missing a cover at the back where the expansion slots were located. As requested, i tried to contact the manufacturer help desk. A message indicated they were only open 9-5 M-F. I left a message. Called again Monday at 9 a.m. A message said they would get back with me within 72 hours. But i waited and spoke to a telephone answer, who followed up with an email to establish a ticket. I did. They first said it was ok to have an open spot in the case. But after confusion of the hard drive – it still wouldn’t boot. I sent photos of the inoperable computer. When i called back at 4:35 p.m. – they didn’t answer. Nor follow up on my request to help fix the issue / or a packing slip to send back. I then contacted Customer Service who was able to send me a return packing slip. Since then, they received the computer on Nov. 29. But I’m awaiting refund now. I can’t recommend the company.

Came Broken.
Usually, when you ship a pc and âtestâ it, it works during the test, right? Well mines didnât. Came completely discombobulated and broken and every time i tried to boot it, it would either give me the green screen of death, blue screen of death, or a flat out problem screen. It looked like it wasnât even tested nor booted up. It was so bad to which even amazon tech couldnât fix and the helper flat out told me that i needed to send it back. Every time a problem screen came up it would give me a different error code, making it virtually impossible to know exactly whatâs happening. I even went and tried to tighten all cords, screws etc, No fix. For a very very very bad prebuilt experience, your customer service shouldnât close at 5pm. Also, ALOT of the parts are very old and only refurbished, so if you want the highest performance for a pc, get a higher priced brand or build one yourself. Donât look at the GPU and believe it will run smoothly. Other than the outrageous bootability with this pc, everything was fine, from setting up to RGB, thoughâ¦. i still couldnât use it.

Exceptional customer service
Nice looking, well put together desktop that was packaged nicely. The Enter button on the keyboard is in a bit of an odd configuration that I don’t like for typing, but it’s my fault I didn’t notice that in the photo. Had a slight issue where 1 stick of ram wasn’t working when I received the computer (I was able to diagnose this because the computer came with excellent troubleshooting instructions.). I had planned to wait to notify the seller until the next business day, but they actually reached out over the weekend to ensure I received delivery and was satisfied with the purchase. They shipped me a new stick of ram immediately. I’m very satisfied with this purchase.
