Great fit and very comfortable.
Easy to install on the 3 or 3S. Battery charges fairly quickly and last for 2 hours in addition to any charge you have in the Oculus. My only minor complaint is that the head tightener has LED’s around it that are constantly on and flashing while playing. Not a big deal though.

Better than the OEM headstrap, but could be better.
I like the fact that the headstrap includes a back-of-the-head brace, but it is not cushioned. I also appreciate it is easily adjustable, and while it does have an over-to-top strap that is cushioned, it could have been so much better. Even though it does a good job of distributing weight to the rear, I still find myself adjusting the headset up or down when things get out of focus. Finally, while I appreciate the battery, it adds a lot of weight to the headstrap, and the rainbow-colored ring around the adjustment knob can not be turned off while the battery is in use. Overall, it works, but it could be better.

Good headset, charges Quest nicely
As a new Quest 3 owner I very quickly decided that I wanted a better head strap than the default. I am testing both Halo straps (a bar across your upper forehead) and this type, the Elite. Both have advantages and disadvantages but I find myself coming back to this one. Firstly it is well made and was easy to attach to the Quest 3. Secondly I really like the large battery and the fact that its weight on the rear tends to balance the weight of the headset on the front. They provide a short USB C cable to run from the rear battery to the USB C port on the Quest, plus a strap to tidy it up along the side of the head.Like others, this head strap has a ratcheting knob at the back to adjust the tightness of the fit. I prefer to keep it a little loose because elite straps tend to push the headset against your face and I find this tiring if it is too tight. Of course it slips a little as I use it but is better than the discomfort I get from over-tightening. Otherwise the head strap is well made, the padding is nice. I especially appreciate the “basket” at the rear for my head which is comfortable.I have tested other head straps with batteries and have had problems where the Quest issues a regular chime that indicates charging has stopped/started. This is extremely annoying and I am glad to say this strap has no such problems. I have run several charge cycles with this head strap and had zero problems. As for battery life I have seen about an additional 2 hours of play using the both batteries.So, I am delighted with this head strap and recommend it if you like the Elite style. Packaging was simple cardboard box and comes with instructions.

Good Head Strap for Quest 3 that Extends Play-Time
This is a great Meta Quest 3 replacement head strap with a battery that extends play. First, the head is easy to attach to the Quest 3 and comfortable to wear. Adjustment wheel in the back snugs it perfectly to the players comfort level, while keeping it snug on your head with the ergonomic rear rubber skull cradle. The pivot points on the sides allows you to easily put it on or remove it. The Battery in the back does not noticeably weigh the headset down or throw off the balance. The cable has a little Velcro tie to keep it in place along side the head strap. The rear wheel has a nice little RGB light effect. The rear button can be pressed to see the battery level represented by four little blue lights, that can be a little hard to determine sometimes. The headset take a couple of hours to full charge up, and depends on the wattage of the charge your using. I have played about 2.5 hours using the head strap battery and its at around 2 of 4 light, so 50% battery level. It will definitely extend your Quest 3 playtime by 4 – 5 hours. The head strap feels fairly well made. The price point at around $39 currently really makes this a great buy, especially for the overall operation between the comfort and battery pack. I recommend if your in the market for a comfortable head strap with added battery for your Meta Quest 3.

Comfy, Extends Battery Life A Few Hours
This head strap has a lot to like. Obviously the battery pack is a plus. We just got a Quest 3S and noticed that battery life is a big limitation, but this headset more than doubles the play time. It’s a bit odd/frustrating that the cable that comes with the head strap for charging is also the cable used to plug it into the headset. This being the case the cable then has to be rolled up a bit or it will be left to dangle. It’s a minor gripe. The strap itself is a huge improvement in comfort from the stock head strap that comes with the Quest 3S. It’s also much, much easier to adjust to fit properly with the simple turn dial adjustment.I wanted to give this a 4 star because it is a cheap version of what other name brand companies are putting out, but I can’t. I’m giving it a full 5 stars because the comfort improvement alone is worth 4 stars and makes it a very good idea for purchase, but when you get the added battery life I think it’s worthy of a full 5 stars.
