Good phones, large handsets
The phone quality was good and especially with capability of connecting via bluetooth but handsets were too large for my hands.

Better Range and Sound Quality
Battery: My only complaint is the battery life. These use a 300 mAh battery pack that appears to be 2-AAA batteries. I would prefer a larger battery pack so I would not need to recharge every 3 days for phones that are on standby most of the time.Excellent Range: This system replaced a 5+ year old V-Tech one that was getting scratchy reception in the back room that I use as an office. This new one has extended range and the signal is much better and quite usable in the farthest room from the base. Conversations are reported by the other party on the phone to be very clear.Value: I bought the 3-Handset V-Tech as I found it cheap – about the same price as the 2-Handset system. I use one phone, while the second is a backup for when the primary phone needs charging. The third phone is still in the box for future use.PS: I had to put felt pads on the back of the phones because I kept almost knocking them off the desk when I reached to pick them up. They slide very easily on a hard surface.

I am hearing impaired and needed a phone that provided clarity. I have tried many phones. Often I can’t find my hearing aids before a caller hangs up. This phone is clear enough that I can hear enough before the aids are in place. I also like that the PDF user guides can be downloaded – paper instructions for other electronic items usually need a magnifying glass to decipher. The only minus is the shortness of the recorder length. I never leave the phone out of the charger cradle, thus I have no inkling of battery life. There’s been no signal degradation no matter where I wander in my home. Buttons are more visible than other phones and the top light allows for my noticing faster when the phone is ringing.

Very solid phone set
We had a 15 plus year old set from another brand and found these and decided to go for it. SO far we’re VERY pleased with the performance. Like ALL things electronic/tech/digital there is ALWAYS a learning curve and these are no different.

Don’t waste your time!
After I received the phone I charged it overnight. The next day within a few hours the phone died during a call. My first thought was that I must not have had the phone securely on the charger and would charge it again. The following day I verified that the phone was fully charged and within a few hours the phone died again. I called VTech and started a case with their team. They asked me to swap batteries with the other handset I received to rule out if it was a battery or phone issue. After swapping the batteries I fully charged the phone over night and once again tried the phone the following day. I will say that this time around the battery lasted about twice as long but still did not make it through the day. I would say it was on standby for about 3-4 hours and about 2 hours of talking. What I noticed is that the battery indicator stayed full for almost the entire time but as soon as the level indicator went from 3 bars to 2 the phone dies shortly after mid call. I proceeded to call VTech and after waiting on hold for 30 minutes decided to take them up on their option to call me back. They stated I would receive a call back the same day and if not right away in the morning. After two days of waiting and no call back I am returning and moving on to another company. Do yourself a favor and spend a bit more for a quality phone and a decent battery!

Funciona muy bien. Se debe de cargar los auriculares por 12 horas según el instructivo, pero con 8 horas se cargaron las pilas por completo. Tiene opción para dejar mensaje propio, yo no lo active, pero esta la opción y puede almacenar hasta 1000 números según el instructivo. Tiene altavoz y según leà se puede conectar por Bluetooth al celular, pero todavÃa no lo pruebo. Se puede cambiar el idioma en el menú a español, pero el instructivo esta en ingles. También tiene bloqueador de llamadas.
