Great Deal decent quality.
I am hard of hearing so sound quality and volume is important to me. The sound is clear and loud with adjustments to turn down the volume to. Getting used to it where the buttons are and what they are for.

the fact that you can Bluetooth all of your contacts from your cell phone is just amazing. and Bluetooth to your phone so the landline rings and you can answer the handset or base instead of the cell is awesome too. If those weren’t enough you can dial out from your land line number OR your cell phone from the base.

Difficult to use lousy sound.
We had a VTech phone system for about 10 years and it was getting old and it was starting to play up so we decided to get a new one this is the one we chose the problems I find with it are the display the base unit has instant dial numbers and it’s really tricky to transfer the call from the base unit to a handset without putting the caller off the old system was far better at doing this you literally picked up the call and then just switched it off but there’s no way to do that on the base unit without disconnecting the call. I contacted VTech and they said just wait until call is picked up on the other phone. tried it but it keeps cutting people off. I have no idea how you do it. Also it is a bit of a pain with it when it connects to the Bluetooth with my mobile phone it’s more trouble than it’s worth. I have to say the clarity is not that great. Our old sisters is far better than this new one you would expect it to have gotten better but now it’s lousy I personally wouldn’t buy this again. Don’t waste your money on this I’m out outside the 30 days so I’m stuck with this thing but it is lousy overpriced too.

Parts missing
Each portable requires a rechargeable battery, With this product, two of the 4 portables did NOT have a battery or the sliding cover over the battery compartment. The manufacturer was contacted and the missing components should arrive … within two weeks!
