For elderly people that have a hard time seen the collar. This is one of the best preferred phones, big display easy to read. Iâm both the stationary phone and the handheld unit. Would recommend this for older people that have a hard time seeing things or hearing things.

Instructions for set—ext on Display in base phone , too faint to read, handset hard to return to cradle (slips off) extesion phone battery is impossible to charge, no battery instructiond=s.Overall, cheaply constructed, very thin and light for daily use.

Bought, this for my home. It was a great value for what ilwe got. For landlines it has plenty of features and is comfortable to talk on. Like that this has a main base and then the others can, go anywhere.

Don’t put your area code in the memory when setting it up
This was fairly simple to set up, once I realized that by putting my area code into the settings, it would not dial the 10-digit number for my saved phone numbers within my area code. Once I took it out, the phone book entries worked OK. Be sure to add 1 to the phone number for long distance calls, too.

Lousy product
Bought item in January and after 9 months the item was not working. Calls kept getting lost after 7-8 minutes. The phone was fully charged but the calls were lost each time.

Sound could be louder
My family member has dementia and has trouble with the phone. This was easy to set up for him. He doesnât get into the menu and change things on this one and can get it on and off. It is a little low on volumeâ¦thatâs my only complaint. But it was the Best Buy for our situation because the call block feature doesnât have a dedicated button.

He usado el equipo por un mes y ha funcionado muy bien. uno de los aparatos está retirado del equipo principal casi 20 metros y lo dividen 2 paredes de blocks de concreto y la señal llega excelente. Lo compre en un precio muy bueno (1750 MX) con base y dos extensiones asà que el precio es insuperable. Saludos desde Sonora, Mexico.
